  Technicians Paul and Nate Navarrete were excellent. Company had someone out quick. Technicians found the leaking pipe and talked me through the price to fix it and were upfront with the cost. Entire project was done in about a hr. Would definitely suggest their services!

  Just got an AI generated text “from the owner”. They tried to be friendly and make sure I knew that they were a family business that cared about their customers. Despite me having personally reviewed them positively, in the past, on Google and despite them having my name on documents of payment and so forth, they still failed to even spell my name correctly. I respect loyalty, but it goes both ways. If you don’t even know my name and you want me to try to sympathize with your business as a family business, I would appreciate it if you even cared to spell my name correctly. Sounds like you didn’t care much about me. Or at least not enough to doublecheck things. “Gold Star” gets 1 star

  Clay our technician was awesome. He explained everything that he was doing. He did extra work. He checked the pressure from the street and the pressure in the house to make sure it was within range. Cleaned everything. He left his work area spotless. Will recommend Gold Star plumbing to all our neighbors and family and friends.

  I am Impressed, I was in construction 37 years. The two technicians sent to my house were Very Professional! Corbin DeLisie and Steven Gosling. Everything was explained throughly before they started anything and asked if I had any questions. I had them install a new water heater and recirculating pump for my hot water. I want everything new on a 20 year old system. When it was finished, it looked awsome.

  If you are looking for an honest , caring and fair priced company for your plumbing needs, look no further! Jake and Kyle provided service at our home recently for a hissing toilet. They were friendly, professional and fixed the problem at hand. They truly care about their customers and every single plumber we have dealt with has been superb. We also just had Paul and Nate at our home to figure out the source of a hissing sound coming from the water valve outside near our spigot. Amazing workmanship, professionalism and a wealth of information. Yet again, impressed by the folks that work for this company. Grateful for them!
