  I’ve used Gold Star Plumbing twice now, and I truly can’t recommend them highly enough! Every experience has been fantastic—they’re professional, friendly, efficient, and always right on time. They take pride in their work, keep everything clean, and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Jake L. came out to my home today and did an excellent job replacing all the emergency shut-off valves under my sinks and at each toilet, which had completely seized up over the years. He took the time to clearly explain everything, walked me through my options, and made sure I felt comfortable before starting the work. It’s such a relief to find a company you can trust—Gold Star Plumbing has definitely earned a lifelong customer!

  I just want to make it clear! I am not complaining about the service techs. I am complaining about the price that was charged for the Bobcat E 20. I could have rented this machine at Home Depot for $369.00 a day. Gold Star charged us $3400.00 a day. Which is what Home Depot charges for a month. When I complained, I finally got a thousand dollars taken of our bill. Needless to say, that is still over 5 times HD price. Just beware they will BURN you on the cost of there machines. Heads-up!!! We signed an estimate on a laptop. That was to dark to read and we understood it was for appx $2300.00. We were told it would be sent to us by e-mail. (Never Happened) I guess we miss heard him. For it was appx $5300.00. They fixed the leak. But, not the problem. They estimated another $23000.00 for that. There again we were not sent the estimate by e-mail. So, we are going with a different company. They charge $169.00 per hour for their machine. About 1- 2 hours to dig a 4'x5'x14' trench. So Much For Their advertising!!! Up Front Pricing!! Accurate Estimates!! No Hidden Fees!! Fair Rates!!! Learned another lesson!!!

  Michael Malone did amazing work finding and repairing a water leak in our home. He was detailed , friendly, and left the area free from debris. He provided information and photos of everything that was being completed and the process moving forward for the drywall repair. He went above and beyond! Thank you !

  We needed Two tankless water heaters. Called Two different pluming companies, both sent out reps. Not only was Gold Star Pluming much more professional but also much more reasonably priced. Our technicians were Mike and Cody both were Top notch and know exactly what needed to be done. Nothing more or less. Completed the job in a few hour's seamlessly. As if no one was at home. No mess to clean. Wife was happy. Want the job done hassle free ? I would encourage anyone to give Gold Star Pluming a try. Their name is exactly that “ Golden”

  I scheduled an appt online to fix our toilet water valve that was leaking. Company reached out to let me know someone could come earlier. Cody came out and quickly determined that we needed to replace the toilet as well (which to my luck was not a standard size). He went above and beyond going to multiple locations to retrieve parts. He had everything installed and fixed and water turned back on within a few short hours. Thanks Cody for saving the day!
