  I had a great experience working with Jordan. I initially had him come out for an inspection and quote, but he went above and beyond by providing a detailed photo report that I was able to send directly to my builder for warranty coverage, saving me money in the process. Jordan took the time to call me and thoroughly explain everything he found, breaking down the issues and helping me understand what needed to be addressed. He also prepared me for any potential pushback from the builder and gave me the information I needed to confidently advocate for my home. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help without immediately trying to sell me something really stood out. I highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable inspection professional.

  Very quick to respond to get an estimate. We got on the schedule the next week and work was completed within a couple of days! Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a roofing need!

  We used this company to completely replace our white foam roof, and I wish we hadn't for several reasons: poor communication, slow response when they do respond, and low-quality work. Our work was done two months ago (after a long wait) and we are still waiting for them to come back and inspect it and fix some issues (wavy, uneven finish, exposed wood on the edges, bad trim job). I know they have mostly good reviews on Google (that's one of the reasons we chose them), but I cannot recommend them based on my experience. In fact, I have recently had people ask me if I have any recommendations for roofers, and I specifically told them to avoid Black Wolf.

  I had a wonderful experience with Black Wolf Roofing. Sherri was incredibly quick and responsive, getting us scheduled for an appointment right away. Jordan was polite, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us with our new roof. The entire process was smooth and exceeded our expectations. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

  Very impressed! Not only did Jordan explain everything in detail, but all the employees of Black Wolf Roofing were very professional and explained every step of the process to us so there were no surprises, including making sure all nails were picked up so the dogs wouldn’t step on them. Plus, the team was very quiet and if they did play music, it was not loud. They worked quickly and my husband and I are very happy with the work they did. We both feel Black Wolf Roofing went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The roof looks great!
