  I was very impressed with Kyle and his partner, Joseph. They replaced our gas water heater today efficiently and quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend them and your company to friends in the future.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Francisco from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He has now come out to our home three different times for three separate issues, and every single experience has been outstanding. From the moment he arrives, he is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain the issue in detail, answers all of our questions patiently, and makes sure we understand our options before starting the work. What really stands out is his honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. No matter the issue, he works efficiently, keeps everything clean, and makes us feel confident that the job is being done correctly. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind, respectful, and dependable.   Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best. Always fast, efficient and courteous. Very thorough and polite. You will get what you pay for with these guys, every time! Kylle and Joe were absolutely awesome. Couldn’t get any better technicians!

  He was very thorough in his diagnostics,and explanation concerning the repair necessary. He quoted several optipns,, and I selected one. He then repsired the toilet. He was extremely effective in taking payment, and left a callong card for future situations. Thank you.

  BFP was very responsive. My technicians TK and Joseph were very nice, respectful and represented their company in high standards. Both techs were able to answer all my questions. They repaired my leak in a timely manner and recommended a restoration company. Very pleased with this company.
