  If I could give zero stars, I would. This order was screwed up from the very beginning, starting with Zach. When I called for a quote, I was told I was paying for two doors. The astronomical price I was given absolutely reflected that. Later I discovered the invoice only listed one door, which effectively made Arizona Building Supply the most expensive company in the entire valley for this exact door. What makes it worse is how the invoice was formatted. The price was in huge bold numbers, while the quantity was printed tiny, making it easy to miss that I was only being charged for one door. Whether intentional or not, it was misleading. When I tried to address this, Zach refused to let me speak with his manager, forcing me to call other departments just to get in touch with someone higher up. Then the door that was delivered arrived damaged, incorrect, and not even made with the correct frame material that was ordered. The scratches weren’t obvious until after delivery, but I reported them immediately the same day. Their own service supervisor inspected it and claimed it would “sand out.” Later, my professional painter confirmed the damage is indented into the wood and will remain visible, especially with a dark finish. In other words, the door is defective and cannot be properly repaired. On top of that, the door was ordered with the wrong swing. A manager even admitted this to me by phone, then the company later reversed their story and tried to pretend it was correct. This is a custom door. You don’t pay premium prices for damaged products, wrong materials, and incorrect specifications that require patchwork fixes. The only acceptable solution was replacement. They flat out refused. After multiple attempts to resolve this directly and being brushed off every time, I had no choice but to file a chargeback. Poor quality control. Poor customer service. Zero accountability. This place will 100% burn you no matter how you look at it. If you value your money, your time, or receiving what you actually ordered, go somewhere else.

  Absolutely the most garbage company to deal with. Spend over 20k in materials on a project gave them the complete specs even photos and they said they can get it done. Delivery 70 percent of the materials we build it out and the final rails needed to complete they said they can’t get when everything else is already done saying we need bigger posts which is basically a tear down of all the labor and concrete work done. All they had to say is we can refund you for the undelivered material basically your on your own with figuring out the rest that we told you we can deliver on. Complete waste of time and money I would never deal with these clowns again. Especially Saul. Stay away!!!!!!

  Patty, Lori, Tim, and Chris all went way above and beyond for us post-purchase for our windows and doors. Could not be happier with the way they've taken care of us, even when they could have passed the buck to the manufacturer or said our problem was outside their scope. Highly recommend!

  Good place to get decent lumber & the front office is great however that’s where good service ends, after purchasing your lumber, they tell you to pull up on the side of the building and stand at the gate and they will start pulling your order. It’s my experience that half the time that doesn’t happen and you stand at the gate for 20 or 30 minutes before a forklift driver pulls up and is like is anybody helping you? Just never a fun experience and takes far longer than it should

  Purchased a special order jamb. It was not the right thing the customer wanted. It looked completely different from what there old jamb looked and did not like the look of it . So now I’m stuck with 40.00 jamb R&K won’t take back. Would have been nice to know the return policy.
