The team was quick to assess the extent of damage and provide a fair quote. The work was done on-time and at a far price allowing us to close on the sale of the property without any delays. Thank you!

We needed to do a minor mold remediation and reconstruction in a basement area - Superior did a fantastic job - they had great communication throughout and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

5 stars all the way! We had a pipe break in our kitchen that put an inch of water in every room of our house in Flagstaff. Being that it's our second home I was not there to stop it and didn't see it until I happened to look at one of my remote cameras. SRS was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I called them. They were onsite within 90 minutes (4pm) and had all the water off the floor within a few hours. I was there with them the following day and they did a superb job moving the furniture the garage, taking out the damaged baseboards and LVP flooring, being very careful not to create any additional damage. The full dry out process took additional 5 days. Now we'll just need to replace the floors and baseboards, because of the clean work they did, no additional painting will be needed! Jay the owner was very helpful along the way explaining the process and his crew that did the work were top notch. One thing that I really appreciated was that they took LOTS of photos during the cleanup, as well as a 360 degree photo walk through as soon as they got there to show the insurance exactly what was damaged, so there should be no questions as to what got wet and what didn't. In the worst case scenario that this happens to you, SRS is the company I would recommend in Flagstaff!

These guys are terrible.... They gave me an estimate for a repair for around $ 3000 then turned around and submitted a claim to my homeowners insurance for over $7000. Don't trust this company. They will rip you off.
