We had a leak that needed to be repaired. Zach was able to get over in short order with an estimate. It wasn't long after until they had a crew out to perform the work. We had some issues with the replacement of the tiles after the repair that led to some damage. While that wasn't great - the way Zach handled the repair with a high level of professionalism, including coming out himself on the weekend to complete the work showed me that they are committed to doing things right, and making things right by the customer.

The team at Norther Arizona Roofing Services, once again, stepped in when I needed them. With the heavy rains, a leak showed us a gap in the roof. Northern Arizona Roofing Services picked up the phone when I called, and were on the job the next morning - fixing the issue with speed and professionalism. I never doubted they would handle it this way, but it was relief to get it fixed promptly.
