  A valve on the supply line to my water heater failed in the closed position, so I had no hot water in mid-December here in Flagstaff where the temps. get pretty low. Replacing the valve was not so easy because of residual water in the lines and the mess of pipes in the vicinity of the valve. So I called Intermountain and was able to speak with a person right away, no easy thing these days. The pleasant lady (Vanessa) was able to arrange a visit from one of her plumbers reasonably soon, given the time of the year, when lots of repair work is called for in this area. On the appointed day, Shawn, the plumber, showed up ready for work. I got along well with him and served as his assistant; the repair was done in reasonable time and the bill was also reasonable. I have finally found a reliable plumbing repair company!

  They came out a couple weeks ago and cleared the drains then I had my septic tank cleaned out by different company, I woke up another morning and my toilet stopped flushing and fluid was backing up into my tubs and showers so I called them at 6:30 in the morning they said they called me back they didn’t so I called them told me they be here at three and then I called them to them I was running a little late the kids left the door unlocked for them to come in to get started and not be home shortly there after no-show then I tried calling after hours no answers very poor customer service
