  The full installation done by Freddy and Todd was excellent. They answered all my questions and left the area neat and organized. Prior to the installation we had a review of the garage doors to purchase. We were advised to get a new garage door since the one for repair was over 20 yrs. He explained that the tracking system, the pulley, the chain has worn and each time it’s repaired the problem is never fixed since everything has to be at a balance in order for the door to work. Thank-you for the guidance and care shown.

  Connor was terrific, arrived on time and explained everything in detail, repaired the existing door so it would be functional until the new door gets installed. Jake provided options for a new door and scheduling was handled right away. Jack our installer was really nice and also efficient; he worked hard to make sure everything was flawless. Thanks for an excellent experience! 10/10

  Jose and Alex were very helpful laying out the options between repairing our old worn out garage doors and replacing them with new ones. In the end we decided it was more economical in the long run to replace them and they are applying the temporary repair costs to our new doors.

  Shaun Singer was the technician on my job. He is a very polite and knowledgeable young man. I knew that my garage door system was installed in the 1980s and was in need of service. Shaun did a complete assessment and determined that the springs were shot and that caused the door to stop at times. Everything was old but the door itself was okay. Shaun added a new brace and rollers also two new springs, he also added two new remotes. My door now works great, it's quiet, no more straining to open! I am very satisfied with the job and I believe Shaun is a credit to his profession. 2nd visit. Shaun did some more trouble shooting for us and again did a fantastic job! Door works great!
