Wade was efficient, thorough and very educational and just an all around nice guy. It was a pleasure dealing with him and Best by Farr
Wade was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completely checked over the outdoor unit and the unit in the attic to make sure everything was running properly.

We recently had Seth from Best By Farr come to our house to fix an A/C problem. Upon opening the unit up, and spending time searching for a reason for the AC not working properly, he found a small coolant leak, added coolant, and temporarily stopping the leak until he could return with a small part to more permanently stop the leak. The system works perfectly now.
Seth was efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. Thnak you so much.

The team members at "Best By Farr" are amazing! I have heating and cooling units that have seen better days. They are quite aged and tend to need a lot of care. Best By Farr has fixed my heater and my AC. They always come out promptly when there is an issue. Lori in the office is always kind. She is excellent at facilitating the field techs to come out with very little wait time. With Arizona weather being so extreme, especially the summer heat, that quality is so valuable. Wade is knowledgeable, highly skilled and is exceptional at customer care. The biggest THANK YOU to Best By Farr for always keeping me and my family warm in the winter and cool in the summer at an affordable price point. I highly recommend this company!!!!

One word ... supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! I am so excited to have found a company that has provided affordable, competent, fair & expedient service of a very crotchety swamp cooler. Nic, the fellow who serviced the swamp cooler, was very attentive as I tried to explain the aggressively annoying noise, which didn't occur during his inspection of the equipment (Figures!!). Even without the malfunctioning noise, he sort of diagnosed the problem, and made a few adjustments. Afterwards, Nic, suggested I wait a few days before expecting to pay a fee. This surprised me, but I complied. That swamp cooler worked perfectly! No annoying noise at all. Can't adequately express my appreciation & gratitude (except that word from the Mary Poppins' movie!) for the superb service given. And, also must mention the receptionist (?) who took my request for service. Laurie(sp), a very nice lady who listened to me & then took thorough notes regarding what was going on with that swamp cooler. There is more work to be done because the swamp cooler needs overall maintenance. Looking forward to the next service visit. Oh! Lastly, since Nic inquired about the heating unit, I asked that he look (and listen because it had been making a clackety noise) it over & he diagnosed the possible issue just by listening to it. That is what I consider to be expert knowledge of one's profession. Thanks to all at Best By Farr!
