  Monique was wonderful! She walked us through many Tuff Shed models and also took time to help us design. She was patient and knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy. We highly recommend Monique at the Chino Valley location. Update: the scheduling team is not good at all! We were scheduled to get our shed delivered, but have had no communication since they said they would deliver it. We have no idea what time they are going to arrive. We have tried texting and calling the number from which we were called initially, and have even called this tuff shed location and no one answers. It is extremely frustrating. Update for an update: I finally called the office again and talked to Monique. She was helpful and told the scheduling person that we were trying to get ahold of her. After another 30-40 minutes we got a call from the delivery person saying he was overbooked today and wasn’t dropping off our shed. He then said it would be another 1-2 weeks for it to be delivered. How does this even happen? We were told on Tuesday it would be delivered today (Friday) and now it can be another two weeks. Absolutely infuriating!

  Outstanding customer service, great finished product. Denny and his team built a Weekender style shed on the back side of our property and my wife and I are so happy with it. If you're thinking about purchasing a Tuff Shed, do it! I build things for a living and wanted to build my own shed, but I'm so busy these days I decided to outsource. Although I was hesitant to let someone else build something for me on my property, this crew delivered a great looking product and it's well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Denny and his crew to build another one for me today if we had the space and money for it. Overall great experience, 10/10!!!

  I had a great experience here with everybody. Terry and Monique helped me along the way and finalize my shed and Alex did a great job building the shed.
