  Their free annual 36 point service evaluation is worth every penny…which is zero. It’s just a method to tell you things your system could use. Frustrating when they were the ones that installed it and should have done it right then! I’ll go back to paying a company $79-$150 to do a checkup that actually includes something like a coil cleaning that will help the system…they come out and want over $200 to clean the coils. Nope you can find that much less…so I’m done with your free service…I guess in this case you really get what you pay for! I guess they say they flush the water heater for free which there is no evidence that was done.

  Needed an AC unit replaced, Temperature in Phoenix had gone up over 100F early in the year and Precision were extremely busy, made time to come and see me in short order, showed me my issue, walked through pictures and replacement of equipment. Jaime (Technician) was very personable and super helpful. Jaime and Chad (Manager) even worked with me on price as they had replaced my previous AC unit 3 years ago and helped me out due to being a loyal customer. If you have AC problems, precision is the company that will help you

  A few weeks late here but very happy with my service and prompt response time. Jonathon in particular was amazing. Super friendly guy and trustworthy and communicative throughout the whole process. Admittedly everything wound up being a tad on the pricier side but I feel that the service and trust factor made everything more than worth it. My old AC unit broke down a few weeks ago and I had requested a consultation through the website to go over options for either repair or replacement and I got a response for a service call from the company in probably less than an hour after the initial request. After it was determined that I needed a full AC replacement, I needed a few weeks to get my finances in order and they were very accommodating. Once everything got settled there I contacted them again and they responded very soon to get things moving along. Jonathon again was essential in this process and was a fantastic person to work with. A day or two later Mo and Jonathon came to my place, laid out all the options for new units with transparency and honesty, and once I came to the right decision we were able to get the financing done smoothly. They were able to get installation started that same day, maybe 3-4 hours after our meeting. Unbelievable how fast everything moves along with this company, very impressed. Thanks to Mo as well, super friendly and trustworthy guy too. The installation itself was also very smooth, I'm sorry for not remembering the names of the two gentlemen who came to remove the old unit and install the new one but they were awesome and friendly as well, and once again very trustworthy and communicative. If you're sensing a theme in this review that last part would be it. And of course last but not least the new AC unit works perfectly and my house is now cool and comfortable once again. To summarize, overall I'm very happy with my service especially with all the people who I was in direct contact with. Customer service at this company is clearly very important to them and they were fantastic in that regard. It was not cheap, but again in my opinion the great service and speed of response and installation helped to offset that fact. And once again major thanks to Jonathon, Mo, and the two installers who were able to help me out. I'm comfortable knowing that should anything go wrong with my new AC unit these guys would take care of it almost immediately. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC work, and should the need arise in the future for further service I won't hesitate to call them again.

  Annual maintenance as part of contract. The young men that came did a good job. Still the upsell was huge. Initial quote was $9400. Looking at actual needs I brought it down initially to $715for coil cleaning and paid before I did my research. Coil cleaning should not cost more than $180 per unit unless they took the entire fan apart and cleaned the inside. Many say you can even diy. They also talked me into a soft start unit. Gave a discount but it was $716. Research showed cost between $200-380. Pretty high installation cost when charging $716. They are also installing a new fan that is under warranty but charging over$500 for installation that should take less than an hour. This is after in 2023 they said I had to replace a unit at a cost of $13k. Said they wouldn't know about my warranty which I later found would have covered the full replacement cost. Today the men who came showed me my warranty and said that it should have available in 2023. I have paid Precision so much.

  Last year Precision installed a new HVAC unit on our rental property. Today I called to schedule an HVAC service inspection. I asked if I could put a card on file and have our property management company, who interfaces with the tenant, call to schedule. I was told that in order for them to service a rental property, I have to physically be onsite for the inspection. I said I hadn't had to do so in the past, and she said it's a new policy because they were having a hard time getting ahold of property owners. I asked if the property management company could be there on my behalf and was told no. I asked what happens when a property owner is physically not able to travel there, what do they do? She told me based on my address I was close enough that I could drive there. There are other reasons beyond travel distance that prevent a property owner from being onsite. I understand businesses need to have processes in place, but this new policy is too rigid as a rental property owner, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
