  Once again, another great service visit. Jaime was professional efficient and honest. Provided me with all the pictures and measurement guidelines and provided some different options for some extra maintenance work. He was honest about what was work that he would recommend do now and work that could wait until next time/ future date based on monitoring. I trust Precision because I have had multiple encounters with them for both AC and plumbing needs and what has been told to me has been true. Where I have had experiences with other AC companies who fed straight bologna. Earns trust is a more important factor to me than price (within reason)

  Purchased a new 3.5 ton 15 Seer in 2021 and all was good for 1 1/2 years then the problems began---called for a repair and was told 3 weeks for them to come look at it---yeah it was 110 no thank you so found another company to come out and the blower motor went---and barely a year later the blower motor went out again---oh the part is under warranty but labor is expensive....then a year later not cooling---leak somewhere so they put in a sealant an recharged system.....Then again a leak somewhere but used Flourescent sealant but cannot find leak---recharge.....Well here we are again---house will not cool below 78 and system runs 24 hours straight.....Tech comes out and we are finally just going to replace this piece of garbage.....I would not recommend Precision to anyone---they were great when I was buying a unit but after that it was a nightmare and the product in not reliable.....

  I haven't used Precision Air & Plumbing's services, however they deserve a five star review for their kindness and generosity towards me in my time of need. My car wasn't starting and I had my kid in the back and don't know much about cars so I asked around and ran into Matt and Max who work for Precision. They were able to help me diagnose my issue, which was a corroded battery, they cleaned it off for me and gave me a jump, advising me on what my next steps should be and where I could go for help if needed. These are the kinds of workers I would hire for any type of job and I have no doubt that the efficiency and reliability they displayed is reflected in their industry work as well. I hope the owner knows that their employees are amazing people and they should be proud to have them on the team!

  AC went out in the early morning hours. I called around and Precision Air and plumbing were the only ones able to respond the quickest. Having a child and two dogs at home in the middle of summer worried me. Jaime was my HVAC Technician and he was phenomenal. He was very professional, thorough, was quickly able to diagnose the issue and informed me on the next steps. He was quickly able to get my AC back up and running before it got too hot outside. Greatly appreciate everything and Precision Air will definitely be my call if we have another AC or plumbing issue. Jaime also provided me with some recommendations and tips for the future.

  For two years in a row our upstairs ac has broken during the summer. Both times the part didn't come in time. Last year it was 3 weeks without upstairs air. We have gone two weeks now and still counting. The tech that came Saturday was at the house for 7 hours and left with the thermostat still showing an error message. We called immediately and were told we'd have someone out first thing today. Today we received a text message saying the appointment is for tomorrow. I called to get it rescheduled and I was told there were no techs available. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it would take a day or two for them to return my call because they were in "meetings". Precision air is obviously too busy with lots of rework to care about scheduling commitments they make. I do not recommend them. Unreliable. Uncommunicative. Uncommitted to their work. UPDATE This review got attention from Precision air and we had a tech and manager out way after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Chad, the manager, was knowledgeable, understanding and communicative and worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. Luke, our technician was extremely polite and determined to complete the repairs yesterday. Precious Air has some great staff in the field who take pride in their work and respect their customers. My review should not take anything away from the techs or field managers. Office management remains a different story. Although our situation has been resolved. It still took a negative review to get us there.
