  Bought a new ac unit from new ac unit company that is owned by precision air and selected the best install possible so precision air and heating installed there own unit all tagged up with precision air logos not the Goodman logos I was expecting. It was installed on may 3 2025 a brand new system. Have had many issues from unit tripping the breaker there is no management that calls you back worst customer service in the valley a brand new installation the new disconnect box for the new ac unit they didn’t use no locks on aluminum wiring was going through 50 amps fuses for a while. Secondly 1stage compressor starting has multiple problems with a humming sound that the compressor wasn’t starting to come find out they had to adjust the TXV in the attic and waiting to hear back from Goodman. In the meantime last Sunday night for the first time in 24 years of being a homeowner I came into the house and it was 85 degrees and breaker was tripped I have animals and my wife runs a in house daycare that is is affected by. So I was told that they would could out Monday between 3-7 and the technician showed up and told me the run cap was a little weak granted this unit is only 14 months old and told me I need to replace the capacitor and the wiring from the factory was not wired properly and I spent almost 10,000 last may and I had to pay under a labor warranty to replace a capacitor and defective wiring from the factory about 600.00 turns out next day came home from work and it was set at 78 and was reading 81 degrees maid a phone call about a call back and couldn’t send someone out!!! Stay away from Precision Air period!!!!!!!

  We had trouble with our living/kitchen area not cooling as well as the back of our house. A "comfort specialist" came out, gave us some options and today that work was completed by Tanner and Maddex who are so friendly and professional (even after being in the attic for over an hour in July!). Before leaving, they ensured that the vents were blowing sufficient air, explained what they did by showing me photos and cleaned up after themselves. These guys were great. I appreciate their hard work today. I just wish now I would have baked them cookies!

  We bought our home knowing the AC was 10 years old. As a precaution we hired Precision to access the unit. Leslie (only female certified HVAC employee-5 stars to her as well) found numerous issues confirming our concerns. This was an expensive decision however Precision offered discounts and finance options to assist with this purchase of a new AC system. Maddex and Tanner were assigned our installation. They were an impressive team, supporting each other dividing tasks while constantly keeping us informed on each phase of this major installation. We asked tons of questions, they took the time to answer and ease our concerns. We would highly recommend Maddex and Tanner to handle such an important and time consuming task. Thank you Precision, Leslie, Maddex, Tanner and the incredible scheduling and customer support teams at Precision. We are sincerely Very Very Satisfied customer!!!!

  We had an AC unit go down during this busy season, and called Precision as we had heard great things about them. We spoke with Dion, who was very friendly, professional and helpful in gathering our information & listening to our concerns. She then expedited our service request & had a technician dispatched the same day - a pleasant surprise during this already busy season! Our technician Max was also very polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Pictures were taken as documentation of parts, components & readings related to the failure. Max reviewed everything with us and was very honest & transparent in his explanations and recommendations. The pricing was very fair and the repairs were completed during this first visit. We are extremely satisfied with the team at Precision and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality HVAC service provider. Thank-you Precision!

  Precision helped me with a 3 ton unit three years ago and gave me the best price, and this time the technician Brennan came in and was humble and polite. He gave me the information straight and did not try to be ingratiating or sycophantic, which many sales people are. He gave me time to work with the old company to see if they would come through with a reduced price for a new unit, but the price that he gave me for the mini split was so good I didn't need to fuss with the warranty stuff. Brennan worked around my meeting schedule and came back four times over two days, and was here from 9 AM until 9 PM off and on yesterday, fixed some stuff for free, found a small crane to get to the back of the lot, and worked hard. So I was happy to purchase 4 more tons of AC units from him yesterday. BTW, the Goodman unit that I put on another house three years ago is working just fine. A good experience.
