  Mason Pro Services from start to finish the job ran smoothly. My technician Stevie Kid did an amazing job, very thorough, tidy, and professional. It was a very difficult job, not to mention the 110° heat. He worked with efficiency and I appreciate that. Job well done, thank you Stevie. I highly recommend Mason Pro Services.   Both techs were excellent, knowledgeable and polite. Most of all they took time to diagnose the problems. Their communication was clear and they answered all my questions. They are not the cheapest and not the most expensive but they were the most informative. At this point I am very satisfied.

  Terrible, installed new swamp coolers and they have been nothing but problematic. Technicians have come out to inspect leaks 3 times now and all said it was nothing. Later the same day after each visit, still leaking. Takes them days to get techs out after they can't identify their own errors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $40k replacment job for garbage service.

  An average rating, because of a long wait: Responsive customer serice/call back, but a 5 day wait to get a technician. This with 110 degree days and only 1 AC in the house. Faster Service levels are available but require that a maintenance plan subscription is in place (@ $660/year). Repair price points are also VERY high - primarily for the labor component. The competency of the technician was excellent, as was the customer interaction.

  I recently had to have my electrical panel replaced and brought up to code. John, Jeff, and Streator worked tirelessly in the 110+ degree sun to ensure the project was completed on time and with minimal impact to my electricity. They were very communicative about impacts, labeled my new panel’s circuits, and ensured that I spent the least amount of time without A/C during the hot Arizona summer. They were friendly, professional, and polite during the entire process. I plan on using Mason Pro Services going forward for all my electrical needs and will probably look to the company for other services too because of this team.
