  I received a quote from Mason Pro Services and it was higher than a previous quote I had received. I told Mason and gave them the opportunity to match the other quote and they did. I was thrilled! They came out and completed the work needed on time. Would hire them again.

  Mason Pro has restored my faith in what customer service should be. My dad always told me never bury the headline and therefore, I wanted my message to be incredible customer service by Mason Pro. The details are below. I purchased a home that had a 15-year-old incredibly complex hybrid water heater. I’m the least capable person you have ever met when it comes to “mechanical” aptitude. To say the least, this old water heater looked like a component from the Artemis launch vehicle. I called Mason Pro on Wednesday at 4PM and explained my issue. Paden told me they could be at my house at noon the following day. As promised, George the technician arrived early at my house at 11:30 AM on Thursday and within one hour had determined this spaceship of a water heater had multiple failures and the repairs needed would not be worth investing in this 15-year-old water heater. At 12:30 PM Mason Pro had emailed me a very competitive quote to replace the water heater and said they would install it the same day. I was shocked they could go get the water heater and return to my house and install it the same day. Well, they did. At 4PM the job was completed. Absolutely incredible service. Within a 5-hour time period, they arrived at my house, diagnosed the issue and installed a new water heater. They say you can’t have incredible service and a great price; It’s one or the other. Mason Pro proved to me you can have both. One final note: I forgot to mention that all this transpired while I was at work. Since it was garbage day, I had placed the trash receptacles on the curb and when I return home at 5PM the garbage cans were put back where they belong. While I wasn’t there, I suspect George, the technician, was so thoughtful that he took this final last step that wasn’t even remotely within the scope of his job. Jeff O.   If you're looking for the most professional and reliable HVAC team in Arizona, look no further than Mason Pro. Money is replaceable, but our homes and livelihoods are not. From start to finish, Zach McConnell and his talented team leader, Jonathan Swezey, delivered exceptional service. They are by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking technicians I’ve ever worked with. My situation was unique and complicated. The manufacturer and Grand Canyon Home Services had improperly handled my A/C unit, causing the copper lines to rub against each other and create a leak. Mason Pro didn’t stop there — they thoroughly inspected my furnace and discovered that Grand Canyon had also installed the gas line incorrectly and was missing a critical safety component. Even after completing the A/C repair, Jonathan double-checked every detail with military-level precision. Mason Pro went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer directly to dispute the issue on my behalf. Even when the claim was initially denied, they continued fighting for me as a valued client. I will never use another HVAC company again. Mason Pro has earned my complete trust and loyalty. Stay far away from Grand Canyon Home Services.   Great service from Alberto he was very kind. He was doing the spring special for us but also doing a double check on our refrigerant because it was a little low but the house was pretty new. Alberto look and found that it had dropped and then had to find the leak he did such a great job. Not shocking a bent part was used in our new build Thanks Lennar. All is good now and everything is working great. I absolutely love Mason pro services I use them for all of their services.

  I got a quote from Mason Professional Services to have a Stage 2 EV charger installed in our garage. In addition, I needed a 240 volt waterproof receptacle to plug in an outdoor sauna. Jeff came out to give the quote and then came back for the install a few days later. The EV install cost $750, and the permitting cost $200. The additional receptacle was quoted at just shy of $1,400 due to the trenching and extra materials needed. I decided to not move forward with the receptacle and just have the EV charger installed. The work was expected to take only a few hours and Jeff gave me a window from 8a-12p. He arrived just after 8:30a and had the work complete within 2 hours. Everything was done correctly and the EV charger looks great! Later, we discussed just placing a waterproof 240V receptacle outside the breaker box. The price was much more affordable, so I decided to move forward with that project same day. An additional $370 to have that installed. Overall, I was very pleased with Jeff’s workmanship and professionalism.
