  I had Chris from Ace handyman services come to my house to repair two kitchen cabinets and put trim around my sliding glass door and hang a curtain rod. He did a wonderful job, was a very nice young man and I'm very happy with the services although it was very expensive, I knew it would be pricey and it was, but these are projects I needed to have done and it was completed correctly. And again Chris was a very nice young man And yes, even though it was expensive I would probably use them again.

  Tech came in and of the 3 separate small jobs to be completed, he connected one wire connection and put the wrong outlet in at that. Told me it would take multiple hours to install a vent fan. After he told me it was the wrong size… Apparently forgot his Soldering kit as well?!? I spoke to a rep and told him we needed plumbing done. Why dispatch a general handyman without equipment. First and Last time I ever use this company.

  Mark was professional and accommodating during his service call and will definitely use him again. Living in adult community it’s difficult to trust vendors to do what you need done and guarantee the work for a year. Ace Handyman costs for the first one hour is a bit high. If your project is done in less of that hour you can have them do anything else you need done. Mark was fantastic and would highly recommend!

  Mitch from Ace Handyman has repaired and painted fascia on my roof; Installed a new outdoor light fixture; cleaned a dryer vent; replaced a capstone on my block fence and other miscellaneous jobs. He has always been prompt and courteous as well as efficient. He takes the time to discuss each job with me. I feel confident in his recommendations and work and will confidently call upon Ace Handyman as needed in the future.

  I very clearly explained exactly what I needed. A capacitor for my ceiling fan. I knew that you needed to get up and take the lighting fixture down in order to find the number that you need. I even got a text message reminding me of the appointment. So they send me a man who doesn’t know what a capacitor is. I had to tell him to take the bulbs and glass down for fear of breakage. He took a photograph of a number, but didn’t know whether it was the correct number and sure enough it wasn’t because he didn’t know what he was looking for. I asked if he ever even done the work before and he admitted he had not.. He didn’t charge me anything that’s great except he wasted my time and I’m disgusted. I tried calling the phone number listed online for complaints about Ace Hardware and they didn’t have what I was looking for all they had was an outsourced telephone service with a man who didn’t speak very good English who admitted he was in Mexico. Supposedly the franchise I ordered services from is supposedly owned by Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Steinbrenner. I tried to get that name the person answering the phone was very reluctant to Gave me the first name of the guy and was extremely reluctant to give me their last name. She said she could help me. Sure she’s the one I ordered the services from in the first place. I would never hire Ace Hardware Handyman services again.
