  Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Superb professionalism was exhibited from A1 Garage staff. Billy was accompanied by a recent graduated trainee. Both did an excellent job!

  Our technician Cody was very professional and knowledgeable and explained what was needed. He gave us our estimate without pressuring us and was patient while my husband and I talked it over. He did a great job replacing parts and making our garage door open and close smoothly. I highly recommend him and A1 garage door services. Thank you!

  Lane was amazing, professional, trustworthy, polite, personable & knowledgeable. He is detailed, cleaned the garage & left no mess. I even left the house unlocked, free for him to help himself to the fridge while I did errands. Very trustworthy person. He fixed what needs fixing. Crossing my fingers everything will last at least two years.

  Technician: Jeff Reason for call: annual check Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable , and very helpful in his explanation of the door system. Ended up fixing some of the misalignments and replaced rollers that were seizing and dragging along the track (what can you expect from new builds) and can already see/hear the difference.

  An ad kept popping up on my facebook feed and after seeing it several times it finally dawned on me that garage doors probably do need some kind of preventative maintenance. My garage doors had seemed to be making a lot more noise lately so I figured I would give them a call. I was very impressed with the quickness of getting an appointment. They would have even come out on Sunday but it wasn’t an emergency so I just booked for today. The response was great letting me know they only use their own trained employees and come in marked vehicles. Today I got the text message that he was on his way and included a short bio and picture of my technician. They also have one of those tracking apps so you can see exactly where he is. Anyway, I did need more than just the maintenance. Apparently the cheap spring assembly our builder used was starting to fail after only four years. There was 20 lbs of weight from the door when there shouldn’t be more than 5. If not corrected it would cause the motor to burn out. The tech was good at educating me and there offer a wonderful warranty and future annual maintenance program with the new improved spring assembly. Anyway, I have no hesitation about recommending this company. Which is not something I do these days.
