  This is the second time I’ve used this garage door company….if I could give a perfect 10 stars I would. This company is no joke…the most professional company I’ve seen in a long long time. Nice to see a company run the old fashion way!!! Polite friendly and very professional. Not sure what Anthony is getting paid….but what I can tell you is it’s not enough….. Thank you!!! Business done the right way!!!!

  Jonathan G was the tech who came out. He was friendly and respectful. He had a kind smile and took the time to answer my questions. I never felt pressured and ended up with a much quieter garage door. I will call on A1 for future garage work.

  Billy Lemke from A1 was super nice, professional, straight forward about what was going on/pricing and very humble! Also the guy he was training was very nice as well. Billy was here very quickly, was here within the hour from when we called to schedule. Overall they were super friendly and we felt good about the service. Very prompt, professional and clear! And to add he came back the next day to finish the remaining job with the new parts/did an excellent job in getting our garage door fixed and working properly again. He called to let us know he would be on his way, very communicative, and gets the job done.

  Jonathan Garcia was our service technician, and he arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He introduced himself, greeted us professionally, and immediately made us feel confident we were in good hands. After repairing the bracket on our garage door and restoring it to proper working condition, Jonathan performed several additional checks to ensure everything was functioning correctly and that there were no other concerns. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire service visit. We truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail, and we highly recommend Jonathan and A1 Garage for their outstanding service.
