  I would rate this company a 100!!! The communication was amazing and the technician CHRISTIAN WOW =PROFESSIONAL !! Answered our questions and gave us advice with our options -if I had a business I would hire him, another words a GREAT representative for this company. We love this company :0)

  Nothing more is scarier in this AZ heat than hearing a clunking noise from your air-conditioning unit. We reached out to Air Control Home Services who came out quickly to address our issue. Greg was our tech and he was very professional. He addressed our air-conditioning needs and answered all our questions. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as we thought, just needed a little TLC. He gave us peace of mind that all is good. Highly recommend them.

  Maintenance person sent out the same day I called. Was professional and did not overcharge. Only charged for the service call and nothing extra at the time of service. Recommended coming out when it was cooler as he couldn’t completely test the system In the heat

  One of our AC units was not working properly. A friend referred us to Air Control Home Services. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and said that a service rep could be here in less than two hours. Mario responded and resolved our AC problem very quickly and also inspected our filters. He also explained all the services that the company provides. We are very pleased with the service that we got from Air Control Home Services.

  My air went out in the middle of the summer. I left several messages on yelp and Air Control was the first to return my request for help. There was amazing communication on the day of service letting me know my service tech was at a job that was taking longer than expected. Also, received a call from Alex when he was on his way. My house was at 103 degrees so I was not home waiting. With the amazing communication I was able to stay out keep cool and knew exactly when to start returning home. Once Alex came in he presented himself well one can tell he takes pride in his appearance and he was very professional. He explained everything to me like I knew what he was talking about haha but it was appreciated! He gave me a heads up that the job may require more work and parts than what he is capable of doing. However, I was in luck and he got the system running but it being an older system it may need replacing soon. I felt very comfortable with the amount I paid to get my AC running. I ended up purchasing the comfort club membership and was pleased to know they also do plumbing and electric. Will definitely be calling back if I need more repairs and to replace my unit in the near future. Thank you everyone!
