  It truly makes one wonder, why are we diligently paying these Homeowners Association (HOA) fees when there seems to be such a glaring absence of genuine community engagement? It's a question that echoes through the neighborhood, especially when we observe the ongoing issues with both builders and even some of our own neighbors haphazardly discarding trash everywhere, creating an eyesore and a potential health hazard. This lack of communal responsibility, despite the financial contributions, is deeply frustrating. Adding to this concern is the inexplicable removal of the basketball hoop. This amenity, which provided a valuable recreational outlet for many, was simply taken away without any prior consultation or discussion with the community. There was no opportunity given for residents to voice their opinions or suggest what might be a suitable replacement. This unilateral decision-making feels particularly disheartening. [Not big enough for pickle ball]And to make matters worse, the replacement that was eventually put in place is clearly not fixed properly and is unstable, especially during our windy season, which brings considerable gusts and even more instability. The whole situation feels like a step backward, rather than forward. Furthermore, a persistent and rather baffling oversight continues to plague our communal spaces: the complete absence of proper signage in the playground area. Despite the clear existence of HOA guidelines and bylaws that presumably govern the use of such facilities, there are no signs indicating age limits for the equipment or the specific closing times for the park. This is not merely a minor oversight; it's a fundamental requirement for any public park, as it ensures safety and helps maintain order. Without these basic directives, it's difficult to enforce rules or guarantee a safe environment for all our children and residents. The lack of clear communication and visible enforcement mechanisms only further highlights the perceived disconnect between the community's needs and the actions of the HOA.

  Super location, great products and floor plans and the views of the White Tank Mountains are amazing. I’m a fan of their plans with mother in law suites I can’t say enough about the east Buckeye location with quick access to I-10 and the new to be finished Verrado Marketplace, Buckeye Commons and great school district.
