  Honestly came in to look at the new builds as a serious shopper and was greeted by south Asian man he was extremely rude and dismissive, and did not listen to my needs wants or concerns and just got frustrated with me and asked how much I was willing to pay a month I let that slide so I could see one of the model homes, I specifically asked do you have any fully furnished or built model home? Yes that’s where we’re going. He takes me to a home. That’s halfway built fixtures are still missing. there is no granite so I can’t see what color it is and the whole time he’s trying to shift the blame on me honestly very poor service. I would never buy a home from this builder after this interaction.

  The location is good the builder not so good. I have put in 3 work orders (warranty claims) which are now being dismissed under “there is not much we can do” basically telling me to live with it although it is a manufacturing issue. I have emails and further proof of this. Issues that I have brought up get swept under the rug of “they are within tolerance” seems like thats the builders favorite word, excuse and way out. I recommended someone to come purchase here and they did. No more recommendations from me. I had read about their failure to fix stuff under warranty. I took a chance and now paying for it. I give it a overpriced review because for the price paid whether little or big they should own up to warranty repairs.
