I have put in 3 work orders (warranty claims) which are now being dismissed under “there is not much we can do” basically telling me to live with it although it is a manufacturing issue. I have emails and further proof of this. Issues that I have brought up get swept under the rug of “they are within tolerance” seems like thats the builders favorite word, excuse and way out. I recommended someone to come purchase here and they did. No more recommendations from me. I had read about their failure to fix stuff under warranty. I took a chance and now paying for it. I give it a overpriced review because for the price paid whether little or big they should own up to warranty repairs.
