- JBJoshua BukowieckiJun 24, 20261.0We thought we were building our dream home exactly how we wanted it. Instead they have had poor communication with a major system change that has cause complications. From that they did not make sure the slider requested is the one we are receiving. We are still in the frame out phase and contacted DRB immediately! However instead of DRB fixing it and just reframing the one door (maybe a 1/2 day job that we are happy to pay for) they would rather not work with us at all. We really want our home, but to spend $700,000 on a house that is not correct to what we expected and requested, even though they can change it (again still in framing phase), we cannot in good faith buy this home. Buyer beware that they are do not pay attention to your requests and even if you catch it, they won't fix it!
