  Our AC was blowing hot air on Sunday night. I called Autumn Air and Kolby was at our house within 15 minutes. Amazing!!! He found the problem and had it fixed in no time. He’s an excellent technician and was so nice considering he was on call. His attitude was so positive and he is appreciated! I was provided excellent service!! Thank you Kolby!!

  I am so grateful I called for a second opinion. Adam the tech came out the same night and even offered the second opinion for free, which was incredible. I was so stressed because I was supposed to leave for a trip the next day and had just been told I was potentially facing thousands of dollars in repairs or even replacing my entire AC system. Instead, they found a simple airflow issue that had been missed. My AC started cooling properly again before the technician even left, and my house immediately began dropping in temperature. They were honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. I can’t recommend them enough. They literally saved the day!!

  Frank with Autumn Air repaired my office AC unit. I was pleased by Frank’s knowledge, timeliness, and communication. Frank took videos of the issues with the unit to show me. That was a nice touch, so was the technology that allowed me to track Frank’s arrival to the office in real time. Frank and Autumn Air did all they could to ensure a fair price. This was my first experience with Autumn Air and it is clear to me that customer service is a well thought out component of their business model.

  Absolutely amazing! I own a TCG game store, and unfortunately our hours are later in the day than most places of business, but one of our units died last night and Frank C. from Autumn came out at 10pm last night and got the seized up fan motor and blade replaced right away. The company was super responsive, didn't have some foreign third party answering service and did quality work. They really saved the day and we are able to open today at our normal time! Ill definitely be calling them for a maintenance agreement here and on my house unit as well! Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with!

  Kolby at Autumn Air did an amazing job. My A/C went out on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get a tech out to me within 30 minutes. He got me up and running so I didn’t have to sweat it out over the weekend without A/C. Definitely will be calling them again, they have amazing service and won a new client. Also great communication. I got text updates about the tech and his ETA. I was really impressed with the communication. Autumn was a pleasure to speak with when I called in and answered all my questions. I can’t recommend this company enough! You can’t go wrong with them!
