  Autumn Air has been great. When we had an AC emergency on late Sunday night after returning from vacation, they were the first to call back and helped us quickly. Ever since, they've been servicing our unit. Adam and all their servicemen are very affable. I do recommend this company for quality work.

  My AC unit went out and a tech came over the next day to diagnose the issue. I was told I needed a new compressor and/or recommended a new AC unit. I was quoted 4k for a new compressor and 9k for a new unit. I had a second company come out later that to look at the unit and was informed my capacitor needed to be replaced. Disappointed that if I had gone the route to get a new compressor or new unit I would be out 4-9k which weren’t the issue to begin with.

  I had someone come and tell me originally it was going to be costly I was out of ac for 12 hours , came across autumn, Gilbert came and fixed the issue within 20 mins I cannot thank enough Gilbert's hard work and the time he came when he could of been home with his family. Please give this man a raise !!! He deserves it !

  Great service and above all else honesty and transparency. We all have those moments where in the middle of summer things go wrong. It’s already a high stress situation as is and the last thing anyone needs is inflated quotes for work not needed. After calling a major competitor and getting 6 different quotes ranging from 8k to an 18k full system replacement with pressure to match I called Autumn Air. They handled us with honesty, made it out same day and even sent a tracker letting us know when our tech would arrive. I was able to chat with Josh the owner, Frank the Tech and the office personnel. Turns out a 3k replacement is what was truly needed. What a truly different experience. If you value honesty, transparency and not being taken advantage of give them a call.

  I found Autumn Air by reading through Facebook threads where people were asking my community for suggestions on AC companies. Autumn Air came up numerous times along with a handful of others. First off, the initial call to set the appointment was quick and thorough. Cheyenne and I discussed all my concerns. Then to my surprise about 10 minutes after that call, Autumn herself called me to follow-up. It was an accident, she didn't realize I had already gotten a call. But like I told her, I'd rather get 2 calls than none. Prior to the appointment, I got multiple reminders, which for me was great. On the day of, which was same day, Adam came to my door. He also listened, he did not pressure me at all. He was thorough in his explanation. His selling tactic was low pressure, in a way that was allowing me to make a decision vs being pushed into one. I appreciated that. Regardless of who I choose, Autumn Air provided a seamless non pressurized experience and I'd call them again for my needs and recommend them to anyone.
