  I was so excited to finally get my floors replaced, until we found a huge mess waiting underneath. The subfloor in my bathroom had been ruined by water damage, and I didn't even know where it was coming from. I'd seen Ryse Restoration on Google while searching for a back door for my mobile home, so when this came up I called them. Jim Fleeger answered, and he came right over to inspect the damage and put together a plan: find the source of the problem, fix what the water had already ruined, and get my home back to good. Jim demoed the old floor, cleaned out the damaged subfloor, dehumidified and dried everything out, and treated for mold. Then he tracked the real problem down to my water heater. He made a call that same day, and by the next day he had a great plumber out to replace it and re-plumb everything correctly. What stood out most was how Jim handled the whole thing. He communicated with me every single day, telling me exactly what was happening and what came next. He coordinated everything with the plumber without missing a beat.   After discovering a leak in their old washer and damage to the floor beneath, my Dad and Stepmom reached out to Ryse for guidance. They are both seniors and battling health issues so finding a company that I felt I could trust with them is priceless. Jim took his time to make sure they understood the issues, and the steps proposed in the solution. He was respectful, kind, compassionate, and completed the job exactly as he said he would. He was on time, professional, experienced and stayed in touch with them throughout the process, offering availability for any questions or concerns. Jim was a perfect representation of true customer service. It’s rare to find these days and I appreciate when I find a company that I know I can trust.   Jim didn’t disagree when my mister said he could clean up the moisture in our small laundry room, closet area cheaper than RYSE restoration’s price quote. Jim explained in a thorough, non-threatening manner and tone about the importance of doing the job correctly to prevent mold. Our family decided to have RYSE to the job as safety is our number one priority. During the job process, whenever Jim called us, the first thing he asked was, are you OK? Because of high-quality customer service and restoration work performance we will also be contacting RYSE construction for home repairs. Thanks!

  Fantastic service from start to finish. Every technician who came to our property was respectful, polite, and worked efficiently. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. 5 stars well deserved!
