  DANIEL J. Was TOP NOTCH! HE PROVIDED US WITH SO MANY OPTIONS WITH ALOT OF KNOWLEDGE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY AND SUPER HELPFUL. DID NOT RUSH US THRU AND ACTUALLY IS A VERY NICE INFORMATIVE PERSON. GREAT ASSET TO TRUSTPOINT ELECTRIC/AIR Co. & COLTON FILLS THESE SHOES TOO!

  Our technician, Josh, replaced some light switches that were not functioning properly and went above and beyond overall. He checked our breaker panel and pointed out some general issues that we may want to address. He was friendly, clear, knowledgeable and patient when explaining things. I highly recommend TrustPoint Electric for any electrical work you may need done in your home!

  I have always had excellent experiences with Trustpoint Electric, which is why I felt comfortable trying their new HVAC division. The technician was courteous and completed the work as expected, so I wouldn't say the service was poor. However, the experience didn't include the same attention to detail, communication, and follow-up that I've come to expect from Trustpoint's electrical team. Those little touches have always set the company apart, and they seemed to be missing this time. Since this is a newer division, I'm hopeful they're still refining their processes. Based on my past experiences with Trustpoint Electric, I'm confident they'll continue to improve and bring the HVAC side of the business up to the same high standard they've established with their electrical services.

  A 5 stars rating was so right for Alex and Trust Point Electric and Air. It is with pleasure and appreciation to complement Alex on his performance in servicing our smoke alarm work order promptly and professionally. He located the problem and after checking with his shop on available inventory he prepared a proposal to replace all of our alarms to wisely prevent future work orders.The proposal was explained and work was started with the delivery of the needed alarms. His electrical and work smart credentials were evident to the project completion including cleanup and paperwork. I was a happy client and Alex was a good ambassador for Trust Point. As a client it is nice to have confidence in your contractor. Job well done.
