  Tyson was fantastic. Very knowledgable and the company got the job done in less than a week after quote. The water softener feels amazing in the shower and the Reverse Osmosis is great in the kitchen! Highly recommend both

  This is my second time using Pro Skill for our ac maintenance service. Victor arrived on time, was very respectful, thorough, and did a wonderful job explaining what was done. Victor was also courteous wearing booties in our no shoes home, didn’t even have to ask. I also enrolled in the membership program today. Highly recommend Victor and Pro Skill.

  Jared from ProSkill performed beyond expectations. He not only did detailed and thorough inspections and cleanings of both our AC's but he also repaired our thermostat which had been offline for several weeks. He gave us explanations regarding the workings of our systems which will help us in future. We couldn't have been more pleased with his service, and were happy to sign up for ProSkill's annual maintenance program.

  We have used ProSkill since we have lived in Arizona (nine years.) We have always been pleased with your service. We purchased two AC units in the past year and have spent a lot of money with you. Yesterday we had our HVAC system routine maintenance, as we have a membership with you. In the middle of the 3-hour visit, Ryan Bakalar sat down and asked for pen and paper so he could "explain" to me how our house system worked. Huh? I didn't ask for that. He then proceeded to talk to me like a third grade child with a stick drawing of our house and attic and heat rays emanating from the sun. It was so patronizing. I got impatient. "Where are you going with this?" I asked. He was trying to sell me insulation. I was insulted. He wasted 15 minutes of my time. I said "So now are you going to finish your job?" He did. We have had this maintenance every six months and never has a ProSkill technician said we need more insulation. As I said, our experience has always been positive with ProSkill technicians: polite, professional, courteous. But Ryan treated me like a child and I didn't appreciate that. I request that he not be sent to our house in the future. Thank you.

  Victor from ProSkills was excellent to work with. He was friendly, patient, and very respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated, and made sure I understood what was going on with our AC system. He worked efficiently while still being thorough, and made sure everything was running properly and ready for the upcoming summer. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Victor and ProSkills!
