  Colton went above a service technician duty. He explained the difference between a water softener and Flow-Tech water treatment. This subject came up when my water softer drainage was not up to code. So Colton was explaining my options to bring the new system to code. I was so happy Colton gave me a third option Flow-Tech. I’m happy with the new technology . Colton went ahead and installed my new RO system. He will return tomorrow to install my new Flow Tech in-line water system. No heavy bags of salt!

  Our experience with ProSkill Plumbing today was excellent. Jim Hayden provided a great installation of our new water softener and was very professional and he even went above and beyond by installing a drain pipe on our old water heater, just because he thought it needed it. I really appreciate ProSkill and especially Jim. Thank you.

  The two kids that repaired my PRV valve back a few years ago stripped the threads and jury-rigged the straight pipe, now a few years later I woke up to. Flooded street from my lot and found out it was leaking from the area they jury-rigged. Don’t trust this company as they cut corners and hire kids that aren’t trained and skip steps.

  Ryan did a good job but your system isn’t set up to tell your technician that you made me put a $1300 down payment when the motor was ordered. When he finished the job, he had me sign the invoice for final payment. After I signed the invoice, I asked to make sure the down payment was credited. He knew nothing about the down payment and could not revise the payment. He called your office and they informed me that I did have a $1300 credit due but your accountant had left for the holiday weekend and that they would not be able to credit my card until next Monday and the credit could take 5 business days to clear. You really need to clean up your accounting system to allow the technician to make changes. Waiting a week for a credit that was not my fault is not acceptable…..Thanks….Wayne Long
