Do you agree that His mama did good? I said, What? Really? No excuses, cover-up or hassle? Why? Tim replied, “because my mama raised me to be kind, fair & honest. And our company operates the same way.” Here’s my story: I called Liberty Plumbing this past Friday because of problems with my hot water tank’s pilot staying lit. The company sent a plumber out the same day and he replaced a defective part. However, the replacement part caused a different issue within 30-hours. I called Liberty Plumbing Saturday night after hours providing an issue summary to the answering service and requesting a call back from the company tonight. A Liberty representative named Cameron called me back to discuss the issue. He made some calls and inquiries, then called me back suggesting a temporary resolution until a plumber returns on Monday. Meantime I received a follow-up email Sunday afternoon from Tara stating the company’s owner was notified of the problem and that Tim, Liberty Plumbing’s service manager, would be calling me first thing Monday morning. Tim called this morning at 7:30 requesting to send his plumber Dillan at 10:00 to replace my hot water tank – not a ‘replacement part’, but a ‘brand-new replacement’ of my 2021 Bradford White 50-gallon gas hot water tank, including a full 6-year warranty, at no cost for me. That is when I said, “What? Really? No excuses, cover-up or hassle? Why? That is when Tim replied, “because my mama raised me to be kind, fair & honest and our company operates the same way.” Tim went on to say that the company will not take any potential safety risks when it comes to their customers. A brand-new hot water tank was decided upon by the owner, just in case the replacement part compromised the safety using my original tank. Liberty’s plumber Dillan showed up at 10:00 to remove and replace the hot water tank. Manager Tim stopped by at 10:30 as a follow up. All work and clean up was completed by 11 and no invoice; just a thank you for being a customer and a packet containing Bradford White hot water tank information and 6-year warranty. I was impressed with Liberty Plumbing from the start and I knew I made a good choice. My first impression was great when the polite, uniformed plumber pulled up in a large, professionally marked van. Impressive work, communication and follow-up. In my opinion, this is a top notch, 5-star, HONEST, professional plumbing company. I am having them back for my RO system. Yes, I highly recommend Anthem’s “Liberty Plumbing” to all of my neighbors and folks near-by based on my experiences and all of the other raving reviews on Google, Next Door, Yelp etc. P.S. Hey Tim, tell your mama she did good!

Saved hundreds. I specifically called requesting a flange replacement, but Dillon (spelling?) got there and found a way to save the flange and saving a lot of time and money. Big help! He could have given me exactly what I asked for and I wouldn't have thought twice- that sort of thing makes me trust Liberty Plumbing.

Had a main shutoff valve break on me and left me without water to my house. Called Liberty plumbing and they had someone out within 45 minutes. While other Anthem plumbers kept me on hold, Liberty just showed up. He had a new ball valve installed within the hour, leak tested and even oriented the new water spigot valve to complete the install. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Jared, the tech, is a very knowledgeable plumber and explained everything extremely clear. I would refer Liberty Plumbing to anyone wanting a fair price, clean work, and punctual workers. We had a salt water softener installed and an old / bad whole house filtration system removed. Joseph
