  Joshua and crew were awesome! They did a great job! They were careful to not track anything into our house. I would definitely recommend Smouse Brothers for any foundation repair or waterproofing work you need.

  I didn't have them do the work. However, I did have them come out and give an estimate. Jake talked down to me as if I didnt know what was going on with my house and as if I didn't know how to vet contractors. For someone who talked a lot he didnt say a lot. I got the impression he didn't want the job. He talked like it was going to be too difficult for him and came in at twice what the other 3 estimates i got. If you can't take on old houses, or you are too busy for new jobs, or you are moving out of residential work, don't waste my time and schedule the estimate. Also make sure you spell the client's name correctly. Looks a little more professional on your paperwork.

  The guys that dug our foundation drainage ditch worked very hard and that was no easy job!! They put in a new sump pump as well. Everything is working. We also want to compliment Matt. He has done some general foundation repairs and he’s an expert in this field! He has a lot of experience and knowledge. He also has great customer service skills and is all around a great guy!

  I called them for a fixing a settled drive way with water pooling issue. They were honest in their recommendation and mentioned my issue will not be resolved with polyjacking but with different option which was helpful for me to go for the right solution.
