  Gary is very good at customer communications. This a repeat GENERAC Generator warranty issue over which your service tech has no control. He’s doing his best at customer service in a bad situation caused by failures of the GENERAC and Paschal corporate management. This failure of a new out-of-box unit is not acceptable. Please no excuses. It is a corporate culture failure of which I as a former corporate executive have knowledge of the root causes.

  This is a highly unethical company that will try to rob you blind. I had them come to service a unit. The tech found a bad run capacitor for the compressor. He said he had one on his truck & it would be an add'l $680 if I wanted him to replace it. It's a $15 part that would literally taken 2 min to replace as he already had the cover off, it was easily accessible, and all he had to do was slide 4 wires w/ spade connectors off of the old one and onto the new one. I ordered on online for just under $15, had it the next day, & put it on myself in less than 5 min (The add'l 3 min was because I had to remove the access panels & put them back). Then he said the coil in the attic fan unit was rusted out bad & could fail at any time. He suggested I let his company send someone else out to give me a quote on a whole new system. I asked him to show me the pictures of it he took. There was a small amount of corrosion, but I've seen much worse that was still working fine. I suspect it will be at least several more yrs before it will be at risk to fail. Then he told me my air ducts were dirty & that they could clean them for just under $2000.00. Hard pass. Then he pushed to sell me a service contract. Again, no way was I going to bite. Earlier he had noticed that I was wearing a Razorback shirt & said his company was "the official HVAC company of the Razorbacks" (even if true it just means they paid a fee to the UofA for advertising) and he said the company was owned by a former Hog baseball player. Clearly he was trying to butter me up to be more receptive to his unwanted upsell attempts at excessively high prices all mentioned above.

  First of all, this is one of my first Google reviews in many years. I would not be posting this except you need to know what an outstanding job that Paschal Heating and Air did on an unexpected total new ductwork job and new Heating and Air unit for our house. We had a new house only five years old and we had undersized ductwork this ruined, our old air conditioner, and the sales people, including Daniel and Dimitri were outstanding and they were not pushy and they really were concerned about all of the problems that we were having. When it came to the installation, Mitchell and Johnny spent a week in our house, tearing out ductwork and installing new ductwork in a very complicated job. Mitchell knows his stuff so well and is an artist when it comes to ductwork and crawling in small spaces and doing whatever it took. They were so courteous of our time, not trying to be loud in the attic cleaning up after themselves and it was nice to get to know them. They explained how everything worked and helped program our thermostat, and all the zones in our house, and did not leave until we had no more questions to ask. Everybody hates to spend a lot of money on a new Heating and Air unit, but you will feel that it’s worthwhile if you’re treated this way.

  Just started service with these folks. Greg is now our technician. He did a great job cleaning and adjusting our heating and air as needed. We will request Greg for our maintenance program from now on. No pressure from Greg explaining services Paschal offers. We are very happy to be signed up with them just as other members of our family are.

  Thorough, explained everything so well along the way! Greg did a wonderful job checking everything about our HVAC system and cleaned everything well! He quickly responded to a problem that he notified me of and rectified it immediately. I highly recommend Paschal!
