  Tanner was great! He did a detailed check of the AC and heater. Didn't try to over sell anything, just pointed out the truly needed things. I really appreciated that. We have had Paschals coming out for years and purchased the our new system from them almost 3 years ago now. Always happy with the service and techs they send out!

  Our air conditioner started to malfunction, and was heating our house instead of cooling it. Paschal took my call (a real person - not VM) and sent someone out within one hour. Tyler assessed the situation, and we are up and running again. I am delighted with Tyler and with Paschal. I recommend both to you if you are having any HVAC issues.

  Lightning strike at 4am 15 feet away from our bedroom. deafening and blinding.......lost HVAC system. Paschal was at our home within 15 hours.....fixed it, and gave us really helpful information if we had a future problem. Great Technician. Super professional. The computer board wasn't completely fried and he had it up and running within an hour....amazing.

  We had an extremely disappointing experience with Pascal Heating & Air. Our AC stopped working, so we called them out expecting an honest diagnosis and guidance on what needed to be repaired. We were told that our system had been improperly installed, that the installation had ultimately caused it to fail, and that our best option was essentially to cut our losses and replace the entire unit for $14,000. Thankfully, before spending that kind of money, we decided to get a second opinion. The second HVAC company came out and told us something completely different: our unit was running well and did not need to be replaced. They even told us the Paschal technician appeared to have been looking at the wrong unit when making his assessment. I understand that technicians and companies can have different opinions, but there is a huge difference between recommending a repair and telling a homeowner they need to spend $14,000 replacing a system that another professional says is functioning properly. Had we simply trusted the first diagnosis, we could have spent an enormous amount of money unnecessarily. The entire experience left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable and honestly taken advantage of. At minimum, I would strongly encourage anyone who receives a recommendation for a major replacement from this company to get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. I’m very thankful we did.

  Responding to owner. Your company knew I lived in a double wide event told them the year and what I wanted done ( new ductwork and vet added in closet ) I spoke with 2 different people and told them both the same things. They both said they do what I needed done and understood I was ready to move forward when they come out. I even booked early morning so the person could hopefully beat the heat. When they didn't show I called and was told they don't work on trailers or double wides and that they canceled my appointment. So I am not sure how you can make this right for making me wait a month in 102 and so weather for y'all to just cancel. Im very understanding when it comes to business and sales so this was very upsetting to experience and people need to be aware 11:00 and the guy or girl did not show up yet so I called to see if they were running behind or when they would be here as I know some appointments run longer than expected. I was then informed that my appointment was canceled yesterday due to them not being able to work on my type of home. I was never told my appointment was canceled I was never told that this type of home could not be worked on. I explained to the call person that I informed them what type of home I was in and what type of work I needed to be done and I talked to two separate people the day of booking and told both of them the same information and they both confirmed and said that they could do the work I let them know that I was ready to move forward same day and that whoever they sent out here was going to get a signed contract for me because I was that ready to move forward. They never once told me that they could not do this type of work on my home they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me that the appointment was canceled. The call center person claimed that they texted me to let me know the appointment was canceled but I had no text messages about a cancellation just text message about a confirmation. They didn't even call me to let me know either. I think this is very unprofessional and this is very frustrating upsetting that I waited a whole month on this company just to be treated this way I would not recommend them and I will never think about using them again in the future.
