  honestly can’t say enough good things about Ozark Mountain Glass. From the moment I reached out, I felt like I was in good hands. Everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and speed that it took a huge stress off my shoulders. Nikolai and Josh came out for the mobile service and were absolutely incredible. They were on time, respectful, and worked with real pride in what they do. They didn’t just rush through the job—they made sure everything was done right and that I felt confident before they left. That kind of attention to detail really stands out. Mac, the manager, was just as amazing. He made sure everything was scheduled quickly and smoothly, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers and his team. That level of leadership shows in the quality of service you receive. When something goes wrong with your vehicle, it can be frustrating—but they turned it into something simple, smooth, and even reassuring.   Ozark Mountain Glass was quick to make an appointment and were extremely fair in their pricing especially compared to big name companies that charge an arm and a leg. They showed up when they said they would and completed the service in a professional manner. And then even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend Ozark Mountain Glass for windshield repair/replacement. I will definitely come to them first when needing anything "glass related" for my home or auto.

  I had the mobile service for windshield replacement. Arrangement for service was easy over the phone. The technicians arrived when expected and they removed the old windshield, which had a large crack, and installed new windshield quickly. The price was very reasonable and was less than I had expected. I am happy with the service from start to finish.

  They fixed a window in my camper and saved me a ton of money., I also got a bid on some window replacement. at my home. they showed me some creative ways to save money, and beat the other companies price considerably I wished I had known about this company sooner. the staff was friendly, I highly recommend this company.
