- GGgeorgia graftonJun 19, 20201.0The worst customer service. It seems they only want new construction work. Encore doesn't offer to help and they don't call back. I was supposed to get a call back regarding an estimate for a project - 2 weeks and I'm still waiting . The sales people don't return emails or phone calls and are not informed about the products they sell. Instead of helping me, Encore directed me to a vendor's website and told me to get back to them if I saw something I wanted.
