  I received a marketing brochure advertising an air conditioning tune-up for $59. When the technicians arrived, they required me to choose and sign for either a higher-priced service call or a maintenance agreement before they would even run diagnostics on the unit or begin any work. They stated that I would not have to pay until after they had checked the unit over and the price could go up if there was repairs. In the end, the unit only needed a cleaning, yet I was not charged the advertised $59 tune-up price. I felt pressured into paying $231.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  great experience in a bad situation. my old unit blew out. i called early in the morning, and they were able to get a technician out same day. Chris was super professional and was patient with my questions. he walked me through all the options. i ended up picking a unit that came with a great warranty and a 3 year support contract. the techs that came out the next day to do the install were also very professional and efficient. and it wasn’t just the equipment installation but the auxiliary equipment, surge protectors, conduit, breakers: everything was well installed and honestly solved a lot of issues with the existing installation. they also patiently walked me through the install and all the details and scheduled an electrician to install new right-sized breakers in my breaker box. all that said, you get what you pay for.

  Electrical services were requested. I have an older home built in 1978 and called to have LED lights installed in my kitchen and the electricity to my vanity light fixed as wires were just coming out of the wall (no electric box). I spoke with Jesse and he was extremely helpful and listened to my request. He came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work to be performed. Luis was the technician that came out to do the work. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did an excellent job! The customer service I received from these two could not have been better, they both went above and beyond. These two are absolutely amazing! Rating from 1-10 is an 11. I really couldn't be happier with the service I received.

  Our AC went out on Wednesday, and Anderson Air was able to send someone out the very same day. Chris was the technician who came to diagnose the problem. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what had failed, as well as the costs and pros and cons of repairing versus replacing the system. Once we decided to replace it, he got us scheduled for Friday right away. We were also incredibly grateful that another team member came out after hours to install a temporary window unit so my family could stay cool during the heat until our new system was installed. On Friday, Luis and his team handled the installation. They worked quickly and efficiently, were professional and courteous, and took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat and connect it to the app on my phone. They also left everything clean when they were finished, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was helpful, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I highly recommend Anderson Air to anyone needing HVAC repairs or a new system!
