I contacted Allied to fix my water heater. The incorrectly diagnosed the problem as the pilot light simply being out and told me there was nothing wrong with the my water heater. They then tried to get me to bought a new water heater after telling me there was nothing wrong with my water heater and continued to send me quotes even after I told them I wasn't interested. When I informed them the water heater was intact broken and I had discovered this less than 24 hours after they sent a tech out they declined to repair it, try to diagnosis it again, or Offer a refund. Stay away from this scummy company use someone reputable.

Called Allied because we have used them before for plumbing services and was very pleased. This time not at all pleased. Explained that our AC unit in our laundry room was not cooling and it seemed to be fine in the morning but in the afternoon it would not blow cold air at all. They recommended to clean the condenser coil and go from there. Stated that they were not sure if that was the issue and advised of the $300 price. We agreed. They cleaned the unit and said everything seemed to be reading correctly. But unit still not blowing cold air in the afternoon. Call them back to explain that the unit is not to work properly in the afternoons as its not even blowing cold air. They sent the same guys out the next morning, they looked at it and said it was reading correctly and that they are not sure what's wrong with it and recommended to call another company AirPro to come look at it. Like they just gave up on providing the service that was actually needed. What a joke.
