  Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. My home HVAC has been down for a week — in 100 degree weather. In that time I've spoken with over six different people, and not one of them could actually help. Every time you call, you're routed to a random call center. There is no way to directly reach the technician assigned to your job. No direct line, no callback, nothing. You just explain your situation again to whoever picks up and hope it gets passed along. When they finally did get service scheduled, they ordered the wrong part. So now I'm looking at likely another week without air conditioning. At that point I called a different HVAC company. They had a technician at my house the same day and completed the repair the next morning. Same problem, same house — a matter of days versus weeks.

  Couldn’t be happier. Holt was at my house within 30 minutes, found the leak, fixed the problem and left no trace of him being there. Extremely satisfied!

  We always go with Allied Plumbing Air & Electric for our plumbing and electric needs. When requesting an appointment, they are always able to get us on the schedule very soon. They do the work successfully, are respectful, and charge fairly. This last service was performed by Drew. Everything went just as we expected. We had an estimate and were charged according to that. Next time we have a need, we will call them again.

  The young man who made an emergency call to my house did an excellent job in a swift fashion, and he was very polite.
