  Sam was very professional and took time to explain everything to me so that I could make an informed decision for next steps. Luckily he was able to fix our bathtub faucet once he discovered what the problem was. There was a leak that turned out to be a roofing issue but I wouldnt have known that without him taking time to pinpoint the problem. He couldn't fix it but he gave me a good idea of who to reach out to for the repairs. They put shoe covers on before entering the house. I appreciate his efficiency, professionalism, and overall great attitude. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing or electrical needs.

  Very good experience. Friendly professional informative service. Did an excellent job with no disruption or inconvenience. My power line was buried from the pole to my house to avoid the risk of damage or disruption from overhanging trees.

  Needing help with bidet install. I worked for hours and then decided to call for reinforcements. They showed up within 2 hours of me calling and had it all fixed within 15 minutes! They were great!

  As a retiree who owns a 30 year old home, I find it difficult to schedule repairs and actually get someone who cares about my problems to show up when appointments are made. From my initial and subsequent phone calls with Mic and Chancey, I felt like I was treated with respect and a willingness to help ( especially with my ignorance of what and who I needed to correct my problem). I needed HVAC from Josh and Leon, PLUMBING from Joshua Johnson, and ELECTRICAL from Scott and Jeffrey. I was in constant communication with the "PROFESSIONALS" from estimates, scheduling, and performing the tasks. I could use words like AMAZING, POLITE, PUNCTUAL, ATTENTIVENESS, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL to describe how each and every EXPERT whom I observed. Thank you for caring and I will be calling for my needs in the future.

  He was prompt and was kind to know we needed air today, it was very hot. Easy to talk to, explained everything completely. His goal was to get us air. Very friendly. The advantage was we called on a Saturday, was told they would be on their way and Labor Day Weekend also. Joseph had cool air within 30mins from arrival. Amazing! He explained the advantage of memberships and what they do. We purchased the platinum package and would not have with his explanations. Great guy! He needs a raise.
