  They were friendly, on time and went to work. I had to leave due to some health problems. Spent about 8 hrs in the E.R. WAITING. Room. They had to take our vital signs and draw Blood also in waitng room. These two guys had my house nice and cool when i got home. I want to thank them very much. Thanks Paschal mary Freema

  We had our AC loose power in a storm. Called for service early next morning. They were here by noon same day Chase did an outstanding job, fixed the issue and patiently described what had happened. We are, and have been, Pascal satisfied customers for over 12 years.

  Would always recommend to call your local plumbers instead of a large company. Steer clear of this "professional" company. Had a leak in a copper pipe and the guy they sent out spent the whole two hours trying to convince us we needed to repipe our whole house due to the copper pipes and giving us quotes of $10k+ when we only had one pipe leak. Also quoted us over $3k for that when the local guy came, fixed it in less than 4 hours and only cost $1k. Would never use this company.

  Back in December 2025 (below freezing temperatures) I had multiple issues with plumbing/septic and a main water line break, Andrew Cousins came out several times for each repair and was very professional and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing/septic, he also helped me with propane heater as well as water heater. August 12, 2026 during HEAT wave, Chase Norwood came out to fix the air conditioner, just a couple hours after I called same day. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone.

  Cody was not only prompt in arriving, but he also immediately gave me confidence in his assessment. I’m very grateful to have had him come out and provide his services. It’s obvious that Cody is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field, and I felt completely confident in his recommendations. His service was professional, thorough, and easy from start to finish. I’m looking forward to having Cody handle my plumbing work, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust. Easily a 10/10 experience!
