  Called on Friday July 3rd at 8:00 am when our hot water heater had gone out the night before with a house full of guests for the holiday weekend. Mr. Lopez came and was able to replace our old water heater and saved our weekend. Very grateful customer.

  "Now, hear me out", I heard that a lot from Matthew Hill, as he was explaining tje monthly plan to me. He answered my questions and when he couldn't answer a question, he called someone to try and get me an answer. That's great customer service

  Thank you, Eric! You were both professional and knowledgeable. You took time to answer my questions and explained how our unit works. Thank you for going over the different service plans. I truly felt like you were concerned that I had and understood the information. This is my second time using Pascal and going forward, I will call them for all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

  We used Paschal to replace our whole HVAC system inside and out. It was hands down the best experience. Not only were they professional and on top of everything in a timely manner but they made sure our family of 7 were comfortable in the days waiting to get our new system put in by providing us with a couple of portable air units (which Sean was phenomenal to quickly bring to us AND set up after working a long day) 👏 Also, Joshua and the crew that put in our system were very respectful and made sure everything was put in the right way. I can not express how awesome these guys were to our family! This is why we chose Paschal. They also beat any other qoute we had gotten! Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

  Our first tech was Nick and he was great. Second guy was Chase and he was very personable. Great guys to work on your ac unit. The total replacement of the hvac unit went so smooth and they were very professional. They were quick about getting things done and we had a new ac unit within 6 hours of when they started. Everything is working and was cleaned up like they were never here. Would highly recommend Paschal to anyone. Thanks guys!
