  The company was quick to respond and upfront about the pricing. I like that there is tracking for your service vehicle so you know when to expect, and what car should be arriving. Hunter was sure to keep me in the loop on what was happening, and was very respectful! Prices were good. Will absolutely call back for any future needs.

  austin absolutely went above and beyond for our family and got us sorted on what we needed so quickly! he was very knowledgeable on any and all the questions we threw his way and never once was there a moment where we felt pushed to make any type of decisions. he took his time with us in explaining all the different options we had, and what all the different things could entail. he was nothing but kind and respectful the entire time, and not once did it feel like he was ready to just get it over with. i can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking, and if you get the chance to meet and work with austin just know you are in amazing hands. thank you again!

  Hunter just serviced our Frigidaire Heat Pump. His professionalism and expert knowledge of our system was greatly appreciated. He was able to isolate and repair a capacitor with premium parts at a reasonable price. He is a very honest HVAC tech and we trust him for future work . He completely ran thru our entire HVAC heating and cooling system checking virtually everything for operation. He represents Mason Heat and Air very well and is a great asset for them and their customer service.

  Hunter showed up at 7:30pm on a Friday to check out our AC unit. He arrived when he said he would, he was SUPER friendly and informative! And it didn’t take him long to diagnose and fix the problem. He also drove a long way, because I didn’t realize where they’re located when I called, but he didn’t act as if it bothered him at all. I totally recommend this company and Hunter!
