- NMNancy McBride6 days ago1.0What a disappointment your company’s design center turned out to be. There are so many mistakes and when I spoke with the manager at the Roger,AR facility I was told I signed off on the delivery. There was no possible way to examine all the pieces upon delivery. Sizes were wrong of lower cabinets, this threw off the complete layout of the kitchen. Sizes were wrong on coffee bar and one bathroom. I am so disappointed in your customer service. I would never recommend your company to anyone.

One of our cabinet doors has already broken, just four months after installation, and I’m now being told it may not be covered under warranty. In addition, several drawer handles are crooked or off-centered, and there are unnecessarily large cutouts around the under-sink plumbing and the pantry outlet. The workmanship simply does not reflect the amount of money we invested into a full kitchen remodel. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Based on our experience, I would recommend saving your money and considering a different company.
