Aaron and his helper Georgia were excellent at their job! Both had ample knowledge of what they were doing and extremely professional. Will be using Franklin Plumber again for our water filtration system. I would highly recommend this company

Editing to ad: you are correct the work wasn't done at our house which would mean the dirt and rock and messed up yard shouldn't have been at our house. There was plenty of room in the home owners yard to put the dirt. It didn't have to be in ours. Also, we had asked when we first noticed for this to be corrected then your staff tried to skip out with out actually correcteing and that is when we got frustrated. They were told not to fix it after they decided to speak very inappropriately to my husband about being asked to make it right. So yes I have now called and left a message for you and would like my yard fixed. Looking forward to receiving a call back. Extremely disappointed with how this company handled work they performed for our neighbor. We were not the customers and did not hire them, yet when they dug a hole for the job, they chose to pile the dirt and debris on OUR property instead of keeping it on the property of the person who hired them. When the work was finished, our yard was left with rocks, chunks of dirt and debris, and damaged grass from a plumbing job that had absolutely nothing to do with us. When we addressed the issue (for the second time), rather than simply acknowledging it and handling it professionally, the workers proceeded to talk poorly about us to their boss while still within earshot of us, which really added another level of professionalism to the situation. I completely understand that plumbing and excavation work can be messy. What I don’t understand is using someone else’s property without permission, leaving their yard damaged, and then speaking negatively about them when they have the audacity to bring it up. We weren’t even the customers, yet somehow we ended up with the mess and the attitude. I would absolutely think twice before hiring a company that shows this little respect for neighboring properties and the people who live there.
