  I can’t say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! I had a serious leak in my main water line running under the driveway. Water was bubbling up and I knew it was going to be a big, expensive job. I called them in a panic on a weekday morning and they surprised me with how fast they responded — they had a technician at my house the same afternoon! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The plumber was professional, courteous, and clearly very experienced. He carefully diagnosed the problem, explained everything in plain English (including what was causing the leak and why it needed to be fixed a certain way), and then got to work. Even though the line was under the driveway, they handled the excavation and repair cleanly and efficiently, minimizing the mess and disruption. They even took the time to backfill and leave the area looking neat. The repair has been holding perfectly with no issues since, and my water pressure is back to normal. What really stood out was how stress-free they made the whole process — quick response, honest communication, quality workmanship, and fair pricing. If you need reliable, fast, and excellent plumbing service, look no further. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the real deal.   AJ (Andrew) and Sergio were an awesome team. Patient, respectful, on time, lived up to the initial quote. I will be using them again. Local company that takes pride in their work and relationship with their customer. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed with this team. My new permanent plumber.

  We had a clogged kitchen sink.The techs arrived within a few hours. Unfortunately, it required installation of a new cleanout, but they handled that quickly and professionally. A minor leak with the disposal required a follow-up a few days later. Aaron returned and corrected the issue, as well as installing a new garbage disposal. Everything was done with great care and courtesy. We would definitely recommend BFP.
