  Mr Conrade came by today to inspect my house after a lightning strike. He was very cordial and I believe he did a very thorough inspection. He left me with two options to repair the damage. Thanks to Dennis and Mr Sparky for the great service! We will make a Declan’s let you know as soon as possible about the repairs

  Rodney was very professional and he explained in details about what was happening and why. I would recommend him any time. Of course I thought in was a little over priced.

  I hired this company for what should have been a simple dryer breaker replacement, and it turned into an expensive and stressful experience. Before they arrived, my AC was working perfectly. Immediately after their electrician replaced the breaker, my AC failed. An HVAC technician who inspected the system afterward determined that the starter had failed due to an abrupt power interruption. A competent electrician should know to shut down sensitive equipment before performing electrical work and restore power properly afterward. Instead, I was left with an unexpected AC repair bill because of what I believe was careless and unprofessional work. To make matters worse, the company also tried to pressure me into purchasing their $100 PowerClub membership. When I declined, I was told my repair would cost significantly more without it. It felt like I was being penalized for refusing to buy a membership rather than being offered transparent pricing. What should have been a routine breaker replacement resulted in additional repairs, unnecessary expense, and a great deal of inconvenience. I expected knowledgeable professionals who would protect my home's electrical systems, not leave me dealing with the consequences of negligent workmanship. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  Rodney was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He not only installed a ceiling fan, but answered my many questions regarding other electrical concerns at my house. He was patient and thorough and so kind! I would definitely recommend Rodney and Mr. Sparky!

  OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING! It truly was a pleasure to have to have Rodney Cossey perform an electrical check on our home and complete the work that other companies had done incorrectly. He was very knowledgebable regarding his field of expertise. He took time to explain the work that had to be done and he did a first class job on the tasks that we had requested. My wife had used Mister Sparky on two of her properties and recommended that I call them to do the electrical work that had to be completed at our home. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE MISTER SPARKY FOR ALL OF OUR ELECTRICAL WORK. AND WE WILL DEFINITELY REQUEST RODNEY COSSEY FOR FUTURE ELECTRICAL WORK THAT WE HAVE TO HAVE DONE. GREAT JOB RODNEY!!!
