  Writing this review after the fact due to a recent turn of events. We had Dewey come to estimate fixing a shower leak last year. Most contractors in the area offer free estimates but we were charged $75 and the guy was only here a few mins, luckily he declined the job and we never used them. Now to today 6/26/26, I received an email with another customer's receipt. I work in HR so data breach is a big deal personally. I called the office and the secretary hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I then reached out to the customer on the receipt via Facebook and he told me they'd had so many problems with the billing person at Dewey. I advised him to reach out to their supervisor since data was leaked. Please beware, will not use this company.

  I truly cannot say enough good things about Dewey and Sons. Our hot water heater imploded today, Chad was so helpful and reassuring that they would get it fixed! They came out same day and replaced the tank and cleaned up the mess professionally! Wonderful customer experience!!!

  We were very pleased with the service we received from Dewey. The plumber was professional and installed our sink, garbage disposal and faucet in a timely fashion.
