  Our A/C went out during the July heat dome. Paschal was the first we could get out to take a look. Stephen was on time and very courteous for his visit. He clearly explained what was going on and got it all squared away quickly. No high-pressure pitch for additional things nor a hard-sell on their maintenance program (although I may take them up on it now that I've read the brochure). 10/10 recommend

  Paschal has the best technicians in central Arkansas. They know what they're doing and get the job done, from a simple fix (like cleaning off interior grime on my ac unit) to full overhaul. Booking an appointment is also super easy and the communication through text makes planning so much easier. Ten out of ten, highest recommendations!

  Truly outstanding service from Stephen. Very friendly and professional. Best job of any service in cleaning up and getting everything back in order. Cannot recommend Paschal enough here in Little Rock.

  Do not use this company. They misdiagnosed a problem on my neighbors house and continued to charge her more money while not fixing the problem. Their plumbers are also sales reps, so they price gouge

  Kolby is AWESOME!!!! He was a perfect tech! GREAT personality and very knowledgeable! He is a true asset to this company and in my opinion you need more employees like him! I hope anytime we need our AC unit fixed again, he will be the one they send!!! Loved this dude!!!! Very professional but not a stick in the mud! The type i could go fishing with! Just super cool and easy to get along with! Request this guy! YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!
