However, in my two times from buying from them: my windows came in 2 weeks before and I always have to call them before they call me to get it scheduled. On the second trip they trampled over my flowers and broke 2 of my outdoor lights and didn’t tell me about it until I discovered it. My appointment was at 8am, they showed up at 3pm. Would I used them again? Absolutely, most of these are small things to fix. Over all their services are great.

They've had the screen to the sliding door for 6 weeks now. It is supposedly done, but they cannot find anyone to bring it back and install it. Remember, it has to be installed by a "certified" installer or the warranty is void. I'm not a certified installer.

The majority of our windows are installed from the inside. In certain situations, we may be required to install from the outside.

Window World installs windows year round. A standard installation will take only one day. Our installers install one window and at a time and are trained to close any doors to the room they are working in to minimize heat loss.
How do I prepare my house for installation?
Please remove your curtains, blinds, and/or window treatments. Security devices should also be removed or deactivated by your security company. Please provide the installer with a clear path to the window by moving any personal items or furniture that is in front of the windows. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows.
How long will it take for my windows to arrive? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Your windows will be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date of the final measurement. The installation time varies based on the type of window being installed and the type being removed. Normally it takes about 30 minutes per window. Trims and other work will require additional time to complete. A job is typically completed in a single day.
What warranty is available with the windows?
Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty for residential properties. Contact us for more details.
What happens to my old windows and screens?
We remove all debris from your property and dispose of it.
