    I hate leaving negative reviews, but after this experience I feel like people should know what to expect. Last Tuesday our upstairs A/C went out, and I will give credit where it’s due: the Airco technician came out the same day, was professional, and explained that he needed to order a part. Based on our conversation, I expected to hear from someone the next day. Instead…nothing. From that point forward, I was the one chasing Airco. Every time I called, I was routed to what seemed to be a call center that could only tell me the part was “on order.” No one could tell me when it would arrive, when I could expect a call back, or when a technician would return. I was even told I’d probably have to make it through the weekend without air conditioning. Monday came and went with no communication. Today…one full week later…I called again, and dispatch seemed confused about my account, even asking whether a technician had ever been to my house. They still couldn’t provide an ETA or any real information. At that point I decided to call another HVAC company because I had completely lost confidence that anything was actually moving forward. I told the dispatcher that I was done and was not interested in moving forward. Ironically, only after I told them I was going elsewhere did I suddenly receive a text saying a technician was on the way along with an emailed estimate dated a week ago that should have been sent when the technician first visited. And then, to top it all off, I just received another text asking me to leave a five-star Google review. The technician who initially came out was great. My issue is entirely with the Airco’s communication, or lack of it. Going a full week in the middle of a summer heat wave with virtually no updates, no accountability, and having to repeatedly call for basic information is simply unacceptable. A simple phone call or text updating us on the status of the part would have gone a long way. Instead, we were left completely in the dark. Customer service is king these days when there are hundreds of HVAC companies to choose from, and Airco falls very short. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend a company that communicates this poorly when customers are dealing with something as urgent as losing their air conditioning.

    Getting a Service technician out quickly to repair AC was easy and fast. Service men were courteous and quick to get AC repaired and offer options on replacement parts.

    Technician (Derek) was able to come earlier than scheduled appt time, he called to see if that would work with my schedule. Arrived when he said he would and took care of my issue quickly and professionally. Great representative for your company

    We recently had a new unit installed and it's performing beyond what we expected. We have a unique 3 floor home and the biggest issue is removing the humidity. The system airco recommended and installed is working flawlessly. The whole team were great , and kept us informed the whole process and were able to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this company for service to complete install. Their pricing is fair as well . Seriously skip the other guys and call airco today ** We recently had a hiccup with the unit and Jason did a great job addressing the issue and getting us back up and running.
