- RHRebecca HumphreySep 28, 20265.0We had our old, HVAC replaced. Installation was on a Friday and late in the afternoon 2 unforseen problems arose which could not be handled until Monday. Although there was a break in the heat we would have been uncomfortable with no air for a couple+ days, Airco loaned us an inside portable and a window unit. While not ideal it was a great option for at least making it livable. As for our new unit, it is up and running. I couldn't be happier. Everyone (office personal, estimator and installers) were polite and professional. I will be using Airco for future needs. B

A different HVAC company installed our new HVAC 7 years ago but kind of dropped the ball in service after making that sale (turns out the Lennox thermostat they sold us is known to be fussy/faulty). Airco came in and picked up that ball like champs! Online booking is so convenient - amazing communication leading up to, during, and after our appointment - friendly and knowledgeable techs - no pressure - a company we can trust! Thomas and Jared have both been out this summer - it’s been a hot one - very pleased with both experiences! Next up - replace this fussy thermostat and book Airco to help maintain our system from here on out!

He was beyond courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient as he worked on the system and kept me informed. The issue was identified and the part was ordered and we made an appointment for him to return the next day to complete the repair. The repair was completed and the system was back up and running. I do not often write reviews but I felt compelled this time because the overall response by your company was simply excellent. The technician is the face of your company and judging from my experience, you are very lucky to have Lucas!
