  Had problems with AC wife called to have someone come out and evaluate the system to see if it was worth fixing or replacement would be better option. Tech arrived cut wires replaced parts finally called and told wife we now owed over $400 but if she couldn't pay it he could take the parts back off and the section of wire of wire he replaced without ever getting authorization to do anything besides a diagnosis. Was told Middleton would contact us the next business day after she left a negative review. To have the tech call her again and tell her well I can just come take the parts off. Now my Internet is going in and out I've got breakers tripping and still can't even get them to give me any paperwork on what it is we paid for. Can't get in contact with any form of supervision they just have a tech call my wife and threaten to come destroy more private property if we are unhappy with the price he charged. When asked who gave the authorization for the repairs that he was supposed to call before doing. Don't waste your time or money on this sorry excuse of company. I'm done fighting them I'm turning it over to lawyer and my bank for fraudulent charges and property damages and whatever else they find to stick them with since money is there only concern. I will find someone else to repair the mess they created and they will be receiving the bill for all repairs due there shady business ethics. I will not sit back and let them do this innocent people just trying to survive in the summer heat. We'll see you in court. If you can even show up for that probably be busy gouching some little old lady for her retirement.

  The Tech checked the unit out and found no issues. Both Heat & Air. Cleaned the outside unit very well and changed the inside filters.

  AC stopped working after we returned from a trip. Called Middleton in the late afternoon and they scheduled us for the next day. Hunter came by before 9:30 and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Got our unit running and checked out the system to make sure there weren't any other problems lurking. Very professional!

  Matt took such good care of us, he was so professional and got the job done while also keeping us updated. Matt is a hard working, dependable, transparent and honest person and anyone that gets the opportunity to work with him will quickly realize the same! Middleton is lucky to have Matt representing their company and should be proud. He was able to get out quickly (even in this crazy 100 degree weather) and fix our A/C efficiently. I loved the text we would receive to let us know our technician was on his way and even included a picture so we’d know who to be on the lookout for! If all of Middleton’s employees are like Matt they have our HVAC business for life, great experience and great company!
