  100% satisfied with floor’d! Mike and Team took the time with us and explained all the differences between the floor options and helped us get the right product for our needs. Customer service was top notch. Mike came out checked our square footage and then came out again the day the floors were being installed, he cares about your experience with floor’d and it shows in every way. Thanks Mike and Team for an amazing job!

  We had a great experience with Floor'd Flooring & Finishes! Their team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made it easy to find the perfect flooring for our project. They took the time to explain our options, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The quality of the flooring is excellent, and we're very happy with our purchase. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they truly care about helping customers find the right product for their needs.   ​I highly recommend Floord! We worked with Todd, and I cannot praise him enough. He was incredibly kind and professional, showing endless patience with my indecisiveness while I was trying to pick the perfect shade of flooring. Because we have four dogs, Todd took the time to educate us on exactly which flooring would be the most durable and best suited for our pets. ​A fantastic perk of working with Floord is that they have an interior decorator on staff. She helped me choose the perfect paint color for my walls, which was a huge help since I wanted to paint before the new floors were laid! ​When it came to installation, Eddie and his crew were amazing. They took such great care of our belongings, were incredibly considerate, and delivered top-notch craftsmanship. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience!
