  Travis made two trips to our house an hour away from his business to make sure measurements were done right and the order was precise. Today they installed our cedar garage doors and they are spectacular! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Travis and your team for your attention to detail and professional Installation!

  I called them and they were able to come out the next day. Travis told me what needed to be fixed and why, what could wait, and the price was better than what I expected. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell. He was very nice and worked quickly. My garage door operates smoothly now and seals up nice and tight.

  Parnell provided us with EXCELLENT service! He was responsive, provided a fair and reasonable quote and executed service expediently. Definitely recommend this company and would also add that requesting Parnell as your technician would be hands down…great service!

  I had a brand new garage door and opener installed and I have to say when I call and you talk to Rhonda, she gets you a quick appointment, usually that day or the next. Then Travis is very professional and when I say I have a problem it’s fixed! This last time my door had a small problem and making some noises, problem fixed and the door is so quiet I though I lost my hearing!! All I can say is I’m glad that Direct Door is the one and will be he only one who I call!!

  Joseph was professional and efficient. I received a text with a picture and information about Joseph. The text also had a link to track him so I knew exactly when he arrived. My new door is absolutely beautiful. BTW: Thank you Joseph for your military service.
