  I cannot say enough good things about Direct Service Garage Doors! I filled out the form online and had an appointment scheduled within hours — on a Sunday afternoon, no less! I honestly didn't expect anyone to come out on a weekend, but their 24/7 service came through in a big way. Travis, the owner himself, gave me a call during some down time and showed up within 30 minutes. What a pleasure to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all my options, never once making me feel rushed or pressured. He replaced my broken springs and cables and got my garage door opener reprogrammed and working like new. On top of it all, he was warm and friendly, chatting with me the whole time he worked. Before I knew it, the job was done — all within 30 minutes of his arrival. Fast, honest, professional, and genuinely kind. Travis went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the service.   Travis picked up the phone in the middle of the night and said," yeah I can have it done tomorrow". I can't express just how grateful I am that he did! Super friendly guy and even talked me through the process before and as he swapped my garage door. He came out in the morning to check measurement and color, then swung back same day and had the whole door swapped in just a few hours. He even honored a price match for a company that said they couldn't be out for an additional two or three days.

  Travis is awesome to do business with. Works with you on what you need & schedules. Parnell was super friendly & great to deal with. 100% professional, got my garage door rehauled & back to new. Parnell knew his craft, was great at what he does & was able to answer all questions, concerns & put me in a better position to care for my garage routinely. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend!!
