Diagnostic Overhead Door took our call, very professional and friendly on the phone. Sent a tech to come open the door so we could at least get car out until Monday when they could fix it. Dylan came after 4:00 and not only opened our door but also replaced the spring. He worked until after 5:00. Dylan was so friendly, respectful and courteous. He was such a nice young g man. We appreciate the service and would highly recommend!!
