  Spent $45,000 dollars worth of French doors and a pair of transoms. Everything went as planned until we painted and the paint color of the transoms were white but all the windows on the house and the doors we just ordered were linen. The sales guy Neil, ordered the wrong color. He delivered the new windows and told me we had to pay for the removal and install of the transoms. He said he ordered what the Pella window color was. No, the Pella windows are linen, not white. Other damages to a pool side concrete planter was damaged during installation. They took money off the bill at the end for that which was to be expected. After spending the amount we spent, the service is not acceptable to place blame on the customer when the company made the simple mistake. We need the upstairs windows replaced plus two exterior doors but looks like Pella will get the job now. Very disappointed in Neil and his handling of the situation.

  Exceptional Sierra Pacific doors installed by Elite Entries West! We had both our front entry doors and back patio doors replaced with Sierra Pacific through Elite Entries West, and we couldn’t be happier. The new front doors are taller, sleeker, and completely transformed the look of the house. The black finish with the reflective tint looks sharp and modern, and the quality is outstanding. The back doors are just as impressive — clean lines, solid feel, and they open up the backyard beautifully. The Elite Entries West crew did a really good job. They were professional, careful with the house, and left everything clean. The doors themselves are exceptional — we love them. Highly recommend Elite Entries West and Sierra Pacific doors.

  i have been waiting on glass to be installed in my steel door for far too long now. If I could give a negative star. I would. The doors are beautiful, but the service and reliability is the worst ever. Had i known prior to this...I would have used a different company.
