  Steamatic was hired to clean our ventilation ductwork. Because our grass died in our backyard last year and we have dogs, dust and dirt were brought into the lower level on a daily basis. My husband and I have experienced moderate to severe allergy symptoms even though we had new sod laid in October. We have been in the house 8 years, but the house was built on 1965, and I'm pretty sure the ductwork has never been cleaned, so I decided to give Steamatic a try since our neighbors used the company last year and are very pleased with the results. The team arrived on time, were friendly, and communicated well. Since the job was just completed today, I can't give a detailed, in-depth review, but I observed the process and the photos that were taken. I felt like part of team in fact because they shared everything with me. I am so pleased I made the decision to tackle this issue because it definitely needed to be done! The team worked all day, worked so hard, and were thorough. I don't think it is possible, but I can already tell a difference in air quality. The team told me that it will take about 24-30 hours before I can tell a big difference. Looking forward to that!

  They acted like they would do a better job than their competitors after paying them and there competitors I will never hire again professional again! They put so much solution in a carpet that had no padding under it and the carpet was so SOAKED I went down there and stepped on it bare feet you could tap water out of the carpet the “solution” they said gets the stains out DIDNOT here we are say three and the carpets smell like complete mold becuase they drenched them and failed to listen to me when I said something! If you want your carpets done right do it yourself

There is a noticeable difference in the air quality in our home—it feels so clean. 10/10 recommend them for anyone needing home maintenance!"

  Five stars because the team did a great job with dryer vent cleaning - arrived on time and good communication. I was a little surprised that after I paid, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. The fee for the service is already pretty high and this is not traditionally the kind of service you tip for. The company has this as a default when you make your credit card payment. It is awkward when the person is standing right there showing you the screen and asking if you want to tip them. Steamatic - please pay your employees enough that you don't have to expect your customers to pay more.

  As I look over the hundreds of positive reviews that describe this company's top-notch service, there is no need for me to make those same points in this one. What I would like to do instead is express my respect and admiration for the owners as actual people. What their before and after photos do not capture is all the time and resources that they invest in serving the Hot Springs community--soooo many acts of kindness that the general public will likely never see. I believe in supporting businesses that give back, and this one definitely does that. Give them a call!
