  Such an amazing job done, Started with the technician Daniel Edgar very nice and informative got out here fast with a detailed description of what was going on. Then came the salesman Kory. Very kind and respectful man step by step walked me through what they had to offer that could fit my families budget and time schedule then came the young man Caleb Smith along with a couple others I’m not sure of their names overall very fast service and installation VERY affordable pricing they replaced my whole indoor outdoor central A/C and Heat unit and cleaned all my vents and ducts in just a few hours… Cleaned up after themselves were VERY courteous and respectful the whole time they were here.Absolutely recommend 10/10 will very much be using them again if a time ever comes

  Paschal plumbing replaced my sewer line from the city's connection to our bathroom under our place. I am extremely impressed with this company. The office staff communicates, there is an app so that you know when your plumber will be arriving, they are able to fit you in for services quickly, and they fixed the problem. Our plumber went above and beyond. Not only did he communicate and fix the problem, but there were a lot of details that showed pride in his work. He made a point to cover his shoes to keep from getting our place dirty, he reconnected and moved a washer and dryer that I had to disconnect and move because of our sewer line issues, he even moved the furniture back into our room and put it all back together (it had to be moved out because they had to go through the floor to replace the line) - which he did not have to do. Great company, great plumbers!

  I wasn't exactly needing a new AC unit but every year I have had to have it worked on. I decided to call Paschal Air and I am so glad I did. The guys were very professional and had it installed in no time. They recommended a home surge protector and that is what Morgan installed for me. It is to protect basically anything plugged up inside the home. It took him maybe 15, 20 minutes and the job he did was A+. He explained the features and other services they offer. I have never had an easier experience than this. What these guys provided was beyond exception. I will never use another heating and air company again, other than Paschal.

  I'm very impressed with the service I received. The communication and scheduling process was organized and easy. Logan provided excellent service and explained all the items that needed repair in an easy-to-understand manner. He also provided great advice on the potential for a future system replacement. I went ahead and signed up for one of their service plans based on my experience because I plan to keep doing business with Paschal.

  Came out with two men, did no diagnostic test on our mini split unit, just looked at it. Told us it would cost $1,100 to repair. (Unit only cost us $600) Had to pay them $100 for not much but a glance. Called another company, they were much more personable and reasonable, did all the diagnostic testing to see what the problem really was, and only cost us $450!! LESS THAN HALF of what we almost paid for Paschals. Looking further into the reviews, this is not a one time thing where they try to charge people $1,000 for an easy and quick fix. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go with a smaller, local, family owned business!
