Bother young men, Matthew and Hunter were very professional, and did a great job! I’m disabled and had to be in bed, and they put me right at ease and as took care of the task at hand. They should be commended! You don’t see that often anymore. I was very pleased!

Jackson was extremely professional from the quote process to the job project completion. It was a large job installing new water lines in a laundry facility in a basement. He explained everything in detail on the quote and made sure he covered all the basics . Nice and responsive and communicated very well ! Will call them Back in future for our Campground needs ! Thanks again to both of the plumbers that came out ! Great work !

Used the website to schedule and receive text updates. Very convenient and efficient. Morgan was very thorough, making sure I understood what was needed in my home. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Will use Paschal again.

Outstanding workmanship, knowledgeable and courteous staff from sales to installation. Both Shawn and Juan answered every question and provided expert advice for owner operation, maintenance and upkeep of the new Mini Split after installation in my new shop. These two gentlemen are top notch!!

WOW! That's how we felt when Tyler Briggs showed up to look at our A/C unit on Tuesday! We had left a message on the Paschal website on Monday night and there he was — what a relief! We had granddaughters over for a few nights and no air upstairs for them. Tyler found the problem and got the unit running temporarily for them. He then got parts ordered and today, Thursday, got the unit completely repaired. We have never had such an incredibly quick response time in all our years in the Hot Springs area! And he was so nice, too. We've signed up for routine maintenance on our units at a very reasonable cost (we tried to set that up with other companies but they always forgot us!). Paschal will be our go-to from this time forward. I'll just add that this type of customer service is simply not found often. Thank you, Tyler & Paschal!
