  I would give zero Stars if I could. This company I booked with over a month ago they told me they could not come out until today which was a month out. I told them what I was wanting done what type of home I had and I informed them that I would be taking the day off of work to be here I also booked it early in the morning so that the person coming out didn't have to deal with the heat. I got a text message yesterday asking to confirm my appointment which I did. Well it is now 11:00 and the guy or girl did not show up yet so I called to see if they were running behind or when they would be here as I know some appointments run longer than expected. I was then informed that my appointment was canceled yesterday due to them not being able to work on my type of home. I was never told my appointment was canceled I was never told that this type of home could not be worked on. I explained to the call person that I informed them what type of home I was in and what type of work I needed to be done and I talked to two separate people the day of booking and told both of them the same information and they both confirmed and said that they could do the work I let them know that I was ready to move forward same day and that whoever they sent out here was going to get a signed contract for me because I was that ready to move forward. They never once told me that they could not do this type of work on my home they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me that the appointment was canceled. The call center person claimed that they texted me to let me know the appointment was canceled but I had no text messages about a cancellation just text message about a confirmation. They didn't even call me to let me know either. I think this is very unprofessional and this is very frustrating upsetting that I waited a whole month on this company just to be treated this way I would not recommend them and I will never think about using them again in the future.

  Jackson was very friendly and very efficient in his work. He recognized the urgent need to complete the task and did it quickly and efficiently. He also explained how he was going to make the repair as he went through the process

  This was my first time using Paschal and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Taylor the certified plumber was exceptional from start to finish. We were considering converting from a traditional water heater to tankless system, Taylor took the time to clearly explain the benefits including long term cost savings. He also identified water pressure issues that we were completely unaware of, which turned out to be contributing to other problems in our home. Taylor is professional, knowledgeable and reliable, following through on every commitment and making sure we were fully satisfied with the installation. The work area was left spotless requiring no clean up on our part. I highly recommend Paschal and Taylor to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their expertise, professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress free.

  Logan came within the stated time and knew right away what was wrong . He was able to fix it quickly and got our AC up and running. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We definitely recommend Paschal for anyone needing a dependable service.

  The Tech performed a general maint service on my stand by generator. The service workmanship was acceptable but was supposed to cost $300.00 but the Tech was going to invoice me for $400.00, he did correct this after being challenged. I did need a positive battery cable end replaced (due to corrosion), that service was quoted separately at a surprising high cost of $353.00. It was also recommended that I replace my one year old battery, it was quoted at $442.80. Both quotes are overpriced not to mention a 1 year old battery that passes a load test should not be recommended for replacement. I wonder how many uninformed homeowners fall for this type of up charging for simple services or unnecessary replacement parts. This is either intentional or poor training on the part of Paschal.
