  They charged over 400 to just open a panel and tell us they couldn’t do anything. I was very disappointed with that charge, it seemed excessive.

  So I decided to go ahead and leave my previous experience with this company.. typical I would not have but given t emergence circumstances I must say something. My home had an electrical emergency late Friday night that prompted me to call Entergy for an emergency disconnect at the power pole. So early the following morning after searching for a company that would respond after hours “weekend “ had a electrician from Mr sparky to hopefully resolve the issue and was told that wasn’t able to get necessary replacement parts due to the weekend and the part may or may not be available so he then tells me that he would need to complete replacement of the service panel and give me an estimate of over $8,800 and change? Trying to see about financing availability? I question him how and why so much I.e. cost breakdown? Instead of pulling a cost estimate out of the clear blue sky.. obviouslyI was already upset due to the power outage and the fact our house almost caught fire the night before having power shut off at 2:00 am .. long story short of it after paying $241 for… telling me that he would return Monday morning @9:00 am to help repair the problem no call and no show… finally after several phone calls trying to get a professional company I actually found a legit independent electrician to professional get my power restored and with out an extravagant unnecessary replacement of service panel had it fixed within a hour … so consumers then are more choices than this company… almost $300 for nothing… to show up and try to sell me a service that was overpriced… beware!

  Scotty was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly during the EV power charger install he performed at my home. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical installs, repairs, and diagnostics of any sort. We’re very pleased with the service.

  Sam Engle was my electrician with Mister Sparky, and he was incredibly thorough and did an amazing job installing landscape lighting and putting outlets outside where there were none before. He definitely went above and beyond and I will be asking for him again anytime I need something!
