The sales team was knowledgeable and professional and took extra time to explain their recommendations based on the unique layout and duct work of our older lake home. Installation was efficient and seamless. We are cool on Lake Hamilton!

My unit stopped working and I called Middleton late at night. A tech came out next day and repaired our unit quickly. Dario arrived promptly and explained step by step what he was doing and the service provided. Very professional and prompt. Thank you Middleton. I’m now a regular customer….

Did not install unit correctly which resulted in black mold developing. Refused to fix their problem unless I paid for the repair even though Entergy, the construction guy who removed the black mold and Middleton's own technician said it wasn't installed correctly. You can see in the photo an obvious gap between the unit and the outgoing duct. All the cool air goes through there a instead of cooling the house.
