  Good and easy experience. I felt like he was thorough and honest. We had another company out, at the begining of the summer season, with an opposite troubleshoot and a much higher estimate with more than half the time spent on inspection and detail. Very appreciative.

  As someone who has lived with a temperamental unit that they wired faulty in the summer in Arkansas, I can say that I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience and I recommend finding any other company. There’s not going to be a record of me as a customer as I live in an apartment. But skilled technicians don’t wire units backwards so that they will inevitably fail.

  Tech Eric Holland came very quickly after call for service. Was here in like 15-20 minutes. He checked our unit which is 16 yrs old and determined it had a leak. So we decided to replace the whole unit. He then pumped some Freon to get us cooled down. Until the new unit can be installed. He also waved the service call fee and the price of the Freon altogether would have been around $350. Very professional. Weill recommend Knox A/C and heating to anyone who asks

  My air conditioner needed servicing so I called Knox. I like to call upon small local companies. After speaking with Maria, their very friendly and professional receptionist, their service technician, Eric, had called me and in less than an hour, he was working on my air conditioner. He was a good communicator and had honest explanations of my older unit. Knox and their employees are top notch with their honesty and efficiency. I highly recommend!
