  Eric Holland arrived on time. Explained the inspection clearly. His work included replacing a part and looked up the warranty information. He was polite and courteous from beginning to end. He reminded me that a technician is always available and I received 15% discount for being an annual member. The pricing was fair and competitive. I'm glad I chose Knox as they have exceeded expectations. In addition the office worker took very good care of my needs. Great team work!
