  We have constant power outages when there is literally nothing going on. Would not recommend.

  I think enough is said but I agree on behalf of my dad with others about the rudeness of one of the women that works here. Pray she finds some joy and becomes blessed in her life for her job. Fruit is in the evidence of how people are treated and the proof of bad fruit is seen by all.

  Ashley Chitco doesn’t even serves 1 star. The women behind the counter are rude if asked a question about anything to do with my bill. They have a toll free number but when I called a lady informs me I’ll have to call back during business hours. They offer no bill extension yet the Man who is sent to cut your lights off is sent in brand new GMC Sierra truck that we pay for. Entergy would always work with me and always had excellent 5 star customer service rating.

  If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Ashley Chicot is a nightmare to deal with. They provide terrible customer service, the women in the office are extremely rude and unaccomodating and when called about outages or issues, they are unable to provide any information about what happened, where it happened or even a rough estimate of when it would be fixed. I miss Entergy :(.
